hahaha thank you! that was very encouraging..I need it especially now, because for the last 2 weeks I have slacked off quite a bit on PE. I just got new job and I really have so much less time than before. I have literally like 1 hour per day max. I dont know what to do now.ROCK and ROLL my Brother! The routine you have given me has been absolutely great, but I had to decrease the volume (go from 2 sets of the main exercises to just 1 set) and it still takes me almost 90 minutes to complete it. So some days when I know Im not gonna have that much time I dont even do it, which is not good. I think I need some different approach.
My penis feels kind of accustomed to this tension already but I am not sure if to progress even more because I read that adding tension too fast/too frequently can harden the penis and instead of elongating it, it will just make it tough and used to the heavier load which will not work anymore.
So I am not sure what to do now...should I increase the tension again or increase the time or both?

So two months since your last post and only two weeks til your goal date for this whole thread of end of 2021 is upon us. How close were you able to get? All 11cm of pure, impossible length growth in under 2 years? Or somewhere lesser but still worthy of your time and effort? Asking for a friend.I just got a rod extender few weeks ago and I would like to maximize my gains with it.
First, I did about 1,5 hours a day for the first week (3x30 min, with about 40 minutes rest in between).
Then I gradually increased the time to about 3 hours per day and after about two weeks I increased the tension by about 2 cm.
Now I am extending at the same length as is the NBP stretched length of my penis, for about 3-3,5 hours per day.
