Thank you! I am also curious! Honestly, the girth work with the SSJs have been giving me great expansion. Also the erect stretches seem to work well. I just feel like I may up the intensity of sthe stretches a bit or time too (which is what I did already).
Also, couple of days ago I had a bit of pain right under glans on the left side. It looked like lymphedema or something. It was like a small bump, like a vein but not a vein and it hurt me a bit when grabbing my penis when stretching. So I had to grab a bit lower. It disappeared after a day or two. But I would like to avoid this in the future..any tips?

Thank you! I just upped all of my stretches my 5 seconds. I know it is a bit too low, but I wanna go little by little. Probably each week 5 s.

Tiny steps add up to huge jumps! In PE we want to consistently and progressively step things up to keep things growing. Adding that five seconds it adds up to minutes and hours so keep being consistent and progressive and you’re going to see growth continue

Thank you!! By the way, I have a question..some days I have time right in the afternoon, so I do length work...but then in the evening I dont have time for girth anymore. I was wondering if I can do the girth work right after my length work? Because in the SRT theory you said that after length work the penis should be wrapped for at least 4 hours. So I´m curious if its better to do just length work that day and keep it wrapped, or do length work and right after that girth work and wrap it after that.?

You can train that way, I have no problem with that at all. But the healing process will need to be done in a different way. So you would do your length first obviously and if you’re going to go right into your girth routine then I would use the cock ring after the girth routine for a few hours. Remove the ring, get a couple minutes of flaccid stretching then I would use a sleeve, a SiliStretcher or ace bandage to keep yourself elongated after you’ve healed for girth.

It really doesn’t matter you’re just trying to loosen up the penis and prepare it to be healed in an elongated state. I would say two minutes would be plenty of time.

that rule is only for reasons of fatigue. If you’re not experiencing fatigue and you’re able to get another girth session in, go for it! You’re never going to hear for me to do less work I’m always gonna go with more work because I’m a PE psycho LOL

Saturday - 2 quick set of girth in the evening....but without warmup and shorter duration..just kind of to remain a bit engorged

I was planning to measure at the end of April, which is right now, but I will give this routine another 4 weeks because I like how its going and measure then, at the end of May.

I have forgot to mention that last week and also this week I have been doing 1 set of all direction basic stretches (20-30 seconds) right before bed every day. I hope it will help with length.

I am really sorry for such a long absence. I have always wanted to post some update but I literally always forgot. And now I dont even remember all the workouts...so Im gonna summarize it just very fast.
During the past 2 weeks I increased duration of my stretches by 10 seconds per set. This week I am doing 60 second duration (Im gonna post this week´s sessions this weekend) and I am experimenting with a bit different grip when doing basic stretches. I always have my thumb below glans but instead of having fingers/grip over the top of glans and gripping it from behind like that, now I have the entire grip below the glans , like a regular ok grip with 2-3 additional fingers, depending on how far down the shaft I wanna grip it. I also put an ACE bandage around the upper half of my penis when I do this, it helps me grip stronger and keep my skin undamaged.
Also, I have been trying to do girth work every day, either 1-3 sets right after length session (if I didnt have time later that day) or separate from length session in the evening, usually for 6 sets (that takes almost an hour, so I dont do it so often usually 1-2 times per week).
I am really upping the intensity of stretches, especially straight out.
I also feel a bit of girth on my penis, so I am curious if I have gained something..we will see in 2 weeks.
