To answer your question, yes it's potential Maximum length you have, with bpfl always usually being larger than bpel.

I've found just with consistent training the gap shortens, it can take time or be quicker but as you're new it may be Sooner rather than later.

It may be possible if you got a brilliant rock hard erection where your like really turned on, that your bpel will be larger than what you have already and close the gap to that other measurement.
Thanks for all the advice! So the 19 cm is my potential maximum length you say but you mean maximum in general or maximum as of right now? Can I actually add more "length" overall to it? So that instead of 19 cm it would be let´s say 23 cm.

And I completely agree with the rock hard erection. It´s so difficult for me to get 100 % hard when doing the measurement. I feel like the best erections are when there is no psychological pressure.

Actually, I am looking to gain both length and girth but I would say length is more important to me right now.

How are the power assist stretchers working?Do i feel sore the day after?
I didnt feel sore the day after or even after doing them, maybe just a little bit. But what I mostly felt was the incredible stretch, especially at the base ligaments as well as overall increased stretching capacity of my penis. I will definitely keep them and see the results in the long run.

remember this, do not gauge your growth by your soreness. Being sore eventually goes away but gaining length never stops. Some men think that when the soreness is gone they can no longer grow and this is simply not true. The power assist stretches are no joke and will bring you to where you want to be so much quicker. And remember if you can’t afford a link master create your own fulcrum.

...in a hot bathtube ... its incredible how pliable my penis was..I havent had a hot bath in a long time so I almost forgot the feeling...really good for PE session...I wonder if hot bath can actually have some positive effects recovery wise for penis tissue...?
