@DLD trying out the Silistretcher right now. Awesome product! This community really knows how to build effective tools. Great innovation! Perfect replacement for SG and my PF

That’s great to hear my brother! I would really love you to leave feedback in the store under the SiliStretcher so other people can hear your experience. We now are making all of our own products aside from the SG and the BM.

  • Sizegenetics at 2 x1.5 hour sets + 2 x1 hour sets
  • Average 4 hours during evening with SG
  • Began to incorporate Silistretcher
  • Average about 4 hours at night wi
  • Less fluid buildup from Silistretcher compared to PF

Reflection of the Week:
Very busy week at work but still managed to do some stretching and extending! Now using Silistretcher. Wow the comfort! I will update another post to show my new routine. Work should be lessening which means more evening time to ADS. I'll post my new routine and would love some feedback

Silistretcher - main ADS tool used for extending half inch beyond erect length max flaccid stretch​
Silistretcher -(sleeping and healing while stretched at max flaccid length​
Bathmate - (girth work 5x5x3)​
MOS silicone Cock ring - (daily healing while keeping expanded)​

Daily Workout: (as of 07/07/19)

A.M. Girth Workout (4-5x week):
5 minute rice sock warmup + Bundled Stretches

Bathmate 5x5x3
Cock ring to wear during the work day for 1-2 hours

P.M. Length Workout (5x week)
5 minute rice sock warmup + Bundled Stretches
Manual Stretching (5x week):
  • 3x BTC Left - 30 seconds
  • 3 x BTC Center - 30 seconds
  • 3 x BTC Right - 30 seconds
  • 3 x Straight down Left - 30 seconds
  • 3 x Straight down Center- 30 seconds
  • 3 x Straight down Right- 30 seconds
  • 3 x Straight out Left - 30 Seconds
  • 3 x Straight out Center- 30 Seconds
  • 3 x Straight out Right- 30 Seconds

MOS Silistretcher 5x week (8-10 hours):
  • ADS at max flaccid stretch roughy 1300grams
  • Night time healing at max flaccid stretch.

Girth work has been increased to 4-5 days a week and ADS will now be 8-12 hours a day including sleep time. The Silistretcher is beyond comfortable compared to SG meaning I should pull 5 weekdays worth of ADS and resting Saturday and Sunday.

Next measurement will be Saturday August 3rd. Last 5-6 weeks have been insane at work but things should be slowing down that I'll get a truer measurement after 4 weeks of this new routine.

I love people who take so much time to put into their routine thread. When somebody does this I know they’re taking their pe program very seriously. I’ve noticed lately that a lot of people have been doing this so those who are you’re setting a great example.

I’m subscribed and I will keep a watch on you as you grow and become bigger. Keep up with these great logs, they’re going to be very valuable in the future to you and other men who are reading this.

The more they put into their logs the better. Keeping a good cleaning log with every detail will be the best thing in the future when you want to look back on how and why you made the gains that you made.

Forgot to mention, that because I'm now doing 4-5 days of consecutive BM workouts, to help minimize discoloration I do firegoat rolls between sets, and at every 1 minute of the SSJ

I like your routine.
I was doing something similar, but I have opted to skip girth work for now.
I was doing similar stretches as you and alternating fulcrum type stretches every other day followed by minimum of 1 hour Silistretcher post workout.

My next 3 month workout is fulcrum stretches exclusively followed by minimum 1 hour Silistretcher.

You are wearing the Silistretcher post workout 8 to 12 hours.
That is amazing!

I agree with all that work in time put in to this he’s gonna definitely benefit big time. How was your fulcrum work going my brother?

My workout previously was a combo of newbie stretches and fulcrum stretches then wearing Silistretcher post workout for minimum 1 hour.
I gained 3/8 of an inch in 3 months, so I am really excited to continue.
I switched it up though to just fulcrum stretches then Silistretcher post workout.

I think I will gain girth easier.
I want all my concentration on length first.
It just works better for me.
I might add girth at the same time later after I have gained more length, but length is what I would really like to gain right now.
I have made small girth gains while working length which leads me to believe I will gain girth easier.

Discoloration yes, but it gets minimalized with the fire goat rolls. My plan is to get as much girth as possible and then remove the discoloration

Keep a close eye on it and be sure to use your fire goat method each day to avoid this. Once deep discoloration sets in it’s almost impossible to get rid of. So preventative measures are very smart to put in place.

Damn seriously? Okay well I'm sure some will be permanent then. Will do @DLD i do them each and every set and the top of every minute during each set of 5 minutes
