Silistretcher - main ADS tool used for extending half inch beyond erect length
Silistretcher -(sleeping and healing while stretched at max flaccid length
Bathmate - (girth work 5x5x3)
MOS silicone Cock ring - (daily healing while keeping expanded)

- 3x BTC Left - 30 seconds
- 3 x BTC Center - 30 seconds
- 3 x BTC Right - 30 seconds
- 3 x Straight down Left - 30 seconds
- 3 x Straight down Center- 30 seconds
- 3 x Straight down Right- 30 seconds
- 3 x Straight out Left - 30 Seconds
- 3 x Straight out Center- 30 Seconds
- 3 x Straight out Right- 30 Seconds
- 3 x Straight up Left - 30 seconds

MOS Silistretcher 5x week (8-10 hours followed by 4 hours while sleeping):
- ADS at half-inch beyond erect length.
- Night time healing at max flaccid stretch.

Girth work has been increased to 4-5 days a week and ADS will now be 8-12 hours a day including sleep time. The Silistretcher is beyond comfortable compared to SG meaning I should pull 5 weekdays worth of ADS and resting Saturday and Sunday.
Next measurement will be
Saturday August 3rd. Last 5-6 weeks have been insane at work but things should be slowing down that I'll get a truer measurement after 4 weeks of this new routine.
