+2" length and +2" grith,,,3 months

I use the lengthmaster to do the exercise and it’s pretty basic. You pull your entire package through the ring of the LengthMaster leaving your testicles outside of the ring and pushing it against the body with his much forces possible exposing as much inner penis as possible once you’re in that position take your other hand and stretch from the base the exposed penis.
Video???

I tried the black cushion rings years ago, I was getting over an inch girth each session on the bathmate hydromax 7 as a noob, I couldn't use the bathmate without the cushion ring as i wouldn't get a good seal and my dangle Berry's would start pulling in. When they switched to the grey cushion rings I can't use the pump again for seal issues and pulling in, the grey ones are weak they're to flexible and they pull in which release the water from the pump then is half full of water, so annoying. The black cushion rings are strong, they don't pull in and aren't overly flexible. Now I'm stuck with the grey one which don't work, maybe i will make a stronger base for the cushion ring like plastic or metal then tape it up to give a stronger base, non flexible= better seal, no loss of suction. Don't know if you know of any other alternative's for cushion rings, I really can't use the bathmate without the black cushion rings. P.s I did leave the bathmate on for around 30 minute's each session to get the inch girth gains as a noob, I posted this question in another thread too.

I didn't understand this excercise. video please

LMAO! Yep. We were completely confused when he was discussing it in the past. So, let me give you a visualization through a medical approach. Look at the diagram below, and hope it will help you to get some visualization going. The black box is the LM3 plate. When you use the LM3 plate, you are strapping the penis at the "outer" segment of the penis. The red box indicates the location where you will use either your thumb or thumbs, a comfortable strap/cloth, or even a wooden dowel or stick to push down onto. That red box is the very bottom portion of the penis, where the pubic area of the skin is. This is where the "inner" or "hidden" segment of the penis is located.

When you use the LM3, the handle should sit across your legs. You can use a long piece of cloth for easy to reach and provide you good holding areas, or your thumbs if your penis is long enough. Most of the penis that don't have more than 5in (~13cm) will have a hard time doing this technique. Use the folded piece of cloth.

When your LM3 handle sits on your leg, you are creating a neutral position for your penis. When you use the long fold piece of cloth at the base of the penis, and pull the penis down, you're creating a positive traction against your ligaments and base muscles, or your "inner" penis segment. You can also do this by placing the LM3 handle below your legs (or against your hamstrings), and use the folded piece of cloth, place it below your penis, and pull it upwards. This creates a positive traction against your lower portion of the penis, stressing the pelvic muscles, or bulbospongiosus and ischiocavemosus, which are responsible for your natural blood sphincter during a strong erection. Overstressing these muscles can do more harm than good. Properly stressing the ligaments does more good than harm. Exercising these muscles is more critical for males than you think. The levator ani muscle group happens to control the strength of your penis from mid way of the penile shaft to the glans. Without a strong levator ani muscle group, your penis may have a strong lower penis, but the rest of your penis may look like a wet spaghetti noodle.

Proper pulling is the key. When you pull, there should only be a dull sensation, and not any kind of pain whatsoever. If you have any pain, hard feeling, or painful sensation, you went way too far.

Let's stop here. Ask questions if you're confused.
