Hey everyone! long time reader 1st time poster. Over the course of time Ive made some decent gains. I went from a little over 7in to 8+ in length and went from 4.9 in girth to 5 3/4. Ive decided to concentrate on girth but the exercises don't seem as intense as they were when I 1st started. Can and body post some effective Routines for me? I'm hoping to reach 6+ girth by next year.
