Good morning brothers. I was trying to originally focus on both length and girth, but I have decided to focus on length only as my girth is decent already. My routine in the morning now is - (with the length master) Bundled stretching, different angles 6 minutes- then BTC 6 minutes total- downward different angles 6 minutes- straight out different angles 6 minutes, followed by straight up different angles for 6 minutes. Sometimes I will do these stretches bundled.
Anything I should adjust or change? I’m so close to 8” with a goal of 8.5”. Then maintaining length while going hard with the 5x5x3 girth routine. On a side note I’ve been doing a carnivore diet with at most 20 grams of carbs per day- this is working definitely in the abdominal area, I’m not fat or anything lol. Down about 7 pounds in three weeks
