Is this considered a jelqing device also?

I just started jelqing tonight with jar canners for now and eventually plan to buy an ez jelq. There is an Amazon product I want to know about if it's considered a jelq device or is it not enough power to be considered one? I will post the picture of it ther $22.99 I had one before gave it away...

Just wanted to know if starting off at 4.75 bpel will i be able to gain 3 inches or more in length.

Hi im a newbie finally got some gains approx. 1/4 inch in 3 months using a generic traction device.

Im 5.5 Bpel 18.08.2024 . My goal is 8 inches in 2026 is that realistic because its said that gains slow down dramatically after an inch or two? Also i have been feeling much more pleasure and sensitivity in my mini me. It feels so good to finally gain something.
