Hey guys,

Firstly to my question, if you start Penis Enlargement for a few months, then stop and not do it again, can your penis shrink? Reason I ask this is because I have been doing Penis Enlargement on and off for about a year and have seen little or no gains what-so-ever, but at one point I did notice a gain of maybe 1/4 inch.

Now to my request. I put my lack of gaining down to poor technique, so I would like to ask a kind soul if they could possibly record their entire routine, from beginning to end, just so I could see how to do each excersize and how long to do it for in order to gain. Bro find something to stick to. I felt the same way didnt gain shit for about a year cause i was doing everything incorrectly. but lately I can see gains slowly coming. Sorry cant put my routine cause Im trying to get one as we speak but will inform you as soon as I make one.
