How's your penile condition after the stopping with PE? Did you stop completely or maintained?

If you stopped completely, did you see any loss/regression without cementing?

I do not know how to explain. I can't find logical explanation. It does not make any sense. While I was doing PE I never saw any gains and trust me I tried truly hard. After each PE session my penis was ridiculously sore. This is why I stopped.
Suddenly after 2 months stopping I see I have 0.6' in length and 0.5' in girth so what the fuck? I kept measuring and measuring and measuring to make sure.
No viagra, no vitamins, same anti depression drugs. No good life style and i have amazing erections, my erection lasts more (before after just 5 secs of erection without stimulation was gone away).
I wake up with erections (wtf I haven't seen that like 6 years ? More ?) So does someone cares to tell me what the fuck is going on here ?

My only problem is stamina. after penetrative sex if j get tired (heart, abs etc) my erection gets soften quite a bit.

Once again, you keep working on the tissue management, the tissues build. What you don't see doesn't mean it's not there. The simple answer to you is, what is already permanent will show the moment you cement the gains, and allow the body to relax. Once the body relaxes, your gains will show. You are the evidence. So do any other brothers before you and more to come. Desperation simply hides what you cannot see at the moment, and once you reset your mind, you see everything that you worked hard for and more.

A guy told me about emsella chair for pelvic floor. Does anyone know it ?
Does it work? Not sure about that model of a chair. But ultrasound technology similar does work. Some uses a massaging device. Some uses a pad. Some have seat type. But all works the same. The best ones incorporate both warm IR and near IR with ultrasound.

Gains can manifest long after an extended break. But I would encourage you to be diligent and start a new routine, something lighter than what you were doing. You may have gone to far on intensity. What was your previous routine before you stopped? We may be able to create something that does not cause the pain.

He said soreness, which is a good thing. Pain is not your friend in PE. It never has. It is an indicator that you gone way too far.

Yes pain and soreness are very different. Sorry for using wrong word.

I just did the original Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) with MOS-RED | NIR INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY FOR ERECTION QUALITY (10 mins before 10 mins after) 3 to 4 times a week, with extended periods of resting (sometimes 1 week) and for 4 to 5 months.
Having +0.4' inches in girth is something i do not understand. Really guys.
I know you must be healthy to have gains but trust me, I was the guy as you all can remember that was crying like a babe all the time, with medicines for bipolar disorder (that dont give you good erection quality) and with bad erection quality overall.
I really do not understand what is happening. Really.
I will start doing in January another routine, like the p-long study and I will let you all know.

Welcome back to the journey brother @kriskros . As we have told many brothers and you before, you will never stop with your PE as it's a life long journey. New things are discovered all the time.

Since you just restart again, look at the Google Sheet we've created and restart in moderation. You have too much time away from your journey as a reset, so, make sure to do a reset on your routine again. Don't be too excited and perform too aggressive of a routine. Start fresh and the beginning. We keep on telling you to keep going, and don't worry about the measurements. Since you know it's working, don't worry about measuring. If you must, do it every 6 months after a few days of rest. Otherwise, don't even stop. The gains you have will compound and visually displays along the way.

I am grateful I met you all here. Really. It takes too much discipline for decent results and i am not the best at this but i will try my best. I ll go with that program and i will let you all know. And ofc i will fill up the sheet

Measuring to often will actually kill your will to gain. I agree with oldandlively that your focus should be on consistent, progressive training. By the way so happy to see you back.
