I understand strict consistency is key to gains ( 3 days on 1 off -or- 2 days on 1 off ). I've been consistent for over 2 weeks now.
My penis is usually a bit sore to the touch, even on my rest days. I figured a few days rest would be a good idea but I fear loosing progress and any gains.
Will a few days of rest reset my gains in the long run, like set me back to day 1? I am wondering if a rest period does more good or bad?
