Thanks for re-posting. Maybe I'm just having some information overload, and I've never gotten the hang of forums for some reason.

Things will become clear as you practice. Things can seem overwhelming at first but it will soon become clear to you

You find a menu at the top or to the left (using a mobile device). Look under Resources and programs, here will you find the most important information.
 
I do bundles. 360 degree turn. And I stretch for 10 mins while maintaining the bundle. 1 min stretches. Up, down, left and right.
Then rest
Then reverse the bundle direction. Hold for 10 mins and do the same routine.
Is this ok?

Sounds great! You will do fine to keep up the good work
 
Thanks man. I'm primarily focused on length. I may do a girth routine once a week
I t is smart to go after what you want first. This allows for total dedication to that which you want most.
