Yes, I always used a heating pad to warm up. It's one of the best ways to go
I actually got a red light therapy pad today from amazon.

It's a Lunamyst Red Light Pad

AI told me a red light therapy pad will work better than a electric heat pad, is this true?

I hope this red light pad will be suffice.

I think it's working šŸ’Ŗ

Didn't use the lm3 in days, and I got to twist to 180 in 3min, instead of 20 min.

I think the red light pad has helped. I don't know much about red light therapy but it seems to help the ligaments. I dont feel heat though, but AI said its normal to not feel the typical heat you would feel with an normal electric pad.

Yes, and no. Yes, RLT is actually much better than heating pad because of both cellular growth encouragment and heat application. But it also requires you to have a specific energy output from the device. If it's underpowered, it's useless. If you have the specifics on the device, let us know. We'll calculate for you.

Ah, this one. It's pretty underpowered. To act as heating device, it has to touch the skin. To actively promoting cellular charging, it has to be touching the skin going past the time limit. It uses a less-than-2A power source, 5V, for 110 LEDS. The system as a whole is underpowered based on the LED model the original company from China made. The specs are found on Alibaba.

First thing, measure the temperature on your skin after 5 minutes of exposure. If your surface skin is around 106F, your subsurface will be around 103F to 104F. Good to have. But at 2A of power spread across 110 LEDs, even touching the surface of the skin, it'll only be around 98F to 100F max. Do prove the calculation specs wrong by measuring and telling us what you got. Let's go from there. Based on the heat, we can reverse-calculate the energy provided in terms of intensity and create an exposure time for the proper dosage, based off a 20-minute recommendation.

Hmmmm ok, would a standard heating pad non red light off amazon be good enough ?

I trust your judgements so no need to provide more specs lol, what product would you recommend ?

I feel no heat with this pad BTW, but I read it's not suppose to operate as surface heat-- but more inner molecular heat, idk.. lol.

Maybe my first time using it might have just been a placebo effect, and maybe my penis was warm from other external factors.

Depending on the heating pad's capacity to adjust to the head that you need. Some of us use motorcycle adjustable heating sleeves for the handlebars. Works pretty awesome. You might look into that if you can't find an adjustable heating pad.

Don't be fooled by cheap LEDs and grandiose commercialization/promises. Of course, check the reviews, and if you already have one, use it to see what you can get out of it. You already spent money on it, so, let's make it work.

First of all, always look into the units that provide you with full LED and power specs. Without any LED type and power specs, you're going in blind. Imagine you go into a dealer and ask, what's the car specs? The sellers provide highlights without the underlying mechanical specs. You end up having a crazy lemon on your hands.

Look at the MoS Red Light Therapy Unit and work backward:

Our brother @Haursen uses the LumeBox I believe. He indicated the unit works pretty freaking well for his needs:

Much pricier than the MoS Red Light unit, both with LED-provided specs to ensure no hidden info. One is plugged in, the other is battery-powered.

Not sure how much he spent on his in the past.

Heat generated is the power pushed through the LED to send the energy into the skin layer. Lower power means minimal to no penetration. I have a BioMax 900, and the maximum penetration at 10 inches away still capped out at 4 inches. The amount of energy pushed through that thing is crazy. Imagine the tiny little LEDs used in that China-made product. It barely penetrates 1 mm. The MoS Red and the LumeBox will push past 4cm when you expose the LED close to the skin, roughly 2 inches away.

I just purchased this, hope to get it sometime this week :)

Thanks for sharing this, I will consider this MoS device, kinda expensive but I trust the value from the MoS team.

For the time being, would a simple run of the mill electric heat pad like this be of any use ?

Interesting. 100F is the 90 sec promotional info. Nothing on the upper temp range. If you have an old sock, a bit of old rice, make a rice sock. 20 to 30 sec nuked at max power in the microwave, and you got yourself a 5 minutes worth of 105F heating source.

And put the heated sock directly over my joint--it would need skin contact right ?

Yes. Skin contact is needed. Irradiating heat from the sock is not enough to transfer the heat from the heated rice deep into the skin without the contact. Just make sure to not shove a hot sock onto your skin unless you want a heat blister. The sock should be nice and warm, just nice a good soak in the spa.

Hey Guys,

I think I’ve realized why it’s important not to skip days. I think it comes down to losing some of that elasticity needed for penis twisting. Even if you’re heating your ligaments, if you miss a day or two, you still have to ramp things back up before you can twist comfortably again.

I remember when i had days where twisting to 360 was not an issue, it only became an issue when i started skipping days.

Also, as mentioned before, your penis is working hard to return to its original state while it recovers. That’s why we have to keep our penis elongated throughout the day—to help ensure that the gains we make actually stick.

Question: On days when I’m too tired to do LM3 stretches, would the Silistretcher still provide any value for someone who’s been doing PE for 2 years? I don’t really want to call myself a veteran šŸ˜‚

Definitely, I mean, it's not the same, but use any extender on the day is you feel tired and the change up can actually be pretty good because you're stretching soft tissue with an extender

As DLD said, on tired days, switch over to the extender, not a stretcher. Stretcher is great as a low tension while you're on the run. Stretcher offers dynamic stretching over time. But you want constant traction continuous on tired days. Give your penis a good twist by hand, and pull to loosen up the tissues. Strap on the extender and go for 4lbs of traction as a warm up for the next 10 minutes. Keep your tissues warmed with the warm rice shock or the red light therapy. Rest for 5 minutes, and switch up to 6lbs of traction force. for the next 10 minutes. Rest for the 5 minutes, while keeping the tissues warm. Switch up to 8lbs of traction force for 10 minutes, and rest for 5. When switch back down to 2.5 or 3lbs of traction force for the remainder of the wearing period. We used to call this cheat days.

If you truly want to push hard while being lazy, twist your penis before strapping the extender under traction load. 180 degrees is good. 360 is even better. Wear for 30 to 60 minutes before switching direction. You can use it at 2.5 to 3lbs of traction load. This puts tons of strain on the tissues, and they will stretch like taffy.

Thanks for sharing this, but wouldn't the penis untwist itself overtime ? I would need a way to keep it gripped at a twist.

An extender suction can maintain a 360 twist ?

If you're using a vacuum cup based extender, yes, it can. If you're using a platform with strap/noose type, no. You can actually wrap a thin layer of towel over the vacuum cup to station the twist. You can even use a strap/wide flexible band to prevent the vacuum cup from moving as well. There are many tricks to it.

I've used the SiliStretcher 2, which is a vacuum cup type stretcher, that can be maintained at 270 degrees twist all day. I use the JES extender with the aftermarket vacuum cup modification, and using my TheraBand strap to prevent the cup from spinning with a bit of frictious wrap around the cup. So, yes, you can prevent the untwisting of the vacuum cup.
