Warm-Up

Bundled stretches (manual):
  • Left bundle — 5:00
  • Right bundle — 5:00

  • Bundled downward stretches with LengthMaster:
    • Left bundle — 2:30
    • Right bundle — 2:30
  • BTC (behind-the-cheeks) stretch with LengthMaster: 5:00
  • Forward stretching sequence with LengthMaster — 5:00 total:
    • Alternating: 10 seconds downward → 10 seconds X-stretch
    • Final portion: sustained forward hold until full 5 minutes completed.
Warm down
  • Manual rotary cranks
  • Maintained light manual extension while preparing Silistretcher
Silistrercher 8 hours

Post-Session Measurement
  • BPFSL: 22.3 cm

To note that the whole workout was done in a steaming bathroom, heat is crucial

This was a bit of a rushed session, so one set of SSJ is missing.

That is true, well the funny part is in my yesterday's workout i did not need any visual stimulation, while doing the pump work, rather i had a stronger erection than normal, and now a have some pain in my glans, i think i hurt something inside, i usually get the pressure to 8 with no discomfort but that is due to losing erection strength while in the pump, yesterday i couldn't get past 5
