Yes it was subside in one-two days.
So i have a lot of doubts now regarding my PE work at this point.
Im not doing length work for about two months. I focused mainly on girth. Seems like i got few mms gain. But i don't see breakthrough in numbers lately as i was seeing in first month. Even after returning from a week decon.
I wonder if i should return the length work along with the girth work since anyhow i lost the newbie wave in girth clamping. Or maybe i need just the opposite to have more rest. And keep focus on girth which is more critical for me.
Seems like i gained recently few mm in girth from pumping clamping and ssj.
I have LM, bathmate, mityvac, MOSRED, Best extender, phallosan forte, python. And infra NIR heat wrap.
For length i only used extender recently.. with heat wrap around. the LM to be honest is just too complicated and difficult to operate.
For girth i use everything. Bathmate, python, and my hands.. i use heat wrap only at the beggining of clamping.
I don't use MOSRED. as i dont have patience do be with my eyes closed doing nothing
LOL. Eyes don't need to be closed. Just don't worry too much about looking for every little gain.
Been under lot of stress and wrong life style lately.
My tsh just went up to 6.0 few days ago (ft4 13.2).
Im afraid my thyroid was always been subclinic hypo connecting it with my symptoms and high LDL..
Thought about that also might be part of the reason i have such hard time to gain or sometime libido/eq issues.
Also wonder if Zinc deficiency might play a role here for both.. in any case i hope for the best. And will try to address those as my lifestyle.
