I enter pump 80% erected and at 10hg is like 100%. Is this you are talking about or do I have to find a way to get a "new" erection inside pump?
If you enter into the cylinder 80% erected, and achieve 100% erection at 10inHg, that's perfectly fine. You can even enter into the cylinder at 20% erected, but make sure to get 100% erected as you go past 5inHg. For those with ED, it's very hard to get any kind of erection at 3inHg. This is why urologist "suggests" to pump up to 5inHg and start pushing for a 100% erection. Urologists cannot tell you get erected, only "suggest".

Another question: if I enter flaccid and st 10hg it is 100% erect it is okay?
That's fine. You can enter the cylinder a soft as spaghetti. But, make sure to push for 100% erection around 5inHg before hitting 10inHg. When you hit 5inHg, you want to feel every expansion sensation you can. Why? Reaching 100% erection from flaccid stage while you remain at 10inHg static can cause some unseen damages, especially the circumflex blood vessels. Try to reach at least 60% erection when you're at 5inHg before going up to 10inHg just to be safe.

Also how can someone ssj 3 mins in a row...
I can. I go as long as 5 minutes now. On average, I do a 3-minute SSJ without releasing. It's hard for most. You can build up to that time. Now, I'm pushing as long as 5 minutes. I can feel the internal burn and fatigue. My arms and fingers feel like I just got out of the gym after my routine. If I have to do this multiple days in a row, I use the medical rubber constriction tape to help with blood holding. It's practically an adjustable wide cock ring.
 
You're better off doing an entire routine once or 2 times a week. This will give you superior penile health.
What intensity do I use? I don't want to gain anything more in girth. But once a week should not induce any more gains. That should be safe, in order to not risk gaining anything more.
 
Update:
LM after 1.5months doing DBS, i combined today DBS with BTCBS. not sure if it's the exact right time.

For pumping I tried the hydrovibe for maybe 4-5 times, at first i thought i came out bit bigger than without. But now im not sure. The down side (for me): 1. the vibration cause the vacuum to be released all the time so i constantly need to repump. 2. Didn't felt good at all like some review say. If anything felt like it distracting from feeling my penis (which is less safe). 3. cause knocking on my bone area. 4. Also felt like i can reach less inHG with the vibration..(feel the borderline in less pressure by 0.5inHG.)

Last session i did without HV, mostly 6.5inHG, with some of 7 inHG.
My penis shaft looks somewhat purple afterwards with some line marks (attached).

My SS is broken still waiting for a replacement. Also the area just below my glans on down side is always painful as it seems because i got fluid retention there with many straight hours of SS use.

Measurements:
Bpel still around 18.5-8.cm
Girth still 10.5cm (no girth gains at all since the beggining. :-( )

The lines look like the abrassive friction from the LM routine. I get that too. Try pumping only for one session and see if you get the abrasive striations at the upper pressure. If you do, that means your dermal (lower layer of the skin) is breaking and your capillaries are take a hit during the intense stretches. Take advantage of that during the damages and keep the penis wrapped/stretches in the elongated state to allow the tissue and capillaries heal at the new elongated length and girth. It will go away soon and you'll get an upgraded capillaries.

Just a warning. During these damaged and healing period, your skin will appear darker than usual due to the pigments left behind by the blood near the surface. It will go away in time. No need to freak out.
 
Ok. It seems to me like it would be optimal if there would be SS in size between the small and medium size.

It seems like in medium, the cup is a bit too big for my glans. Hence evem though i insert my glans as the part is twisted most lower, the suction are not optimal, so to compensate on missing glans flush the suction taking also skin beneath the glans causing fluid retention there and constant pain (even when not using). And also it seems like it cause more pressure to be put on the sleeve, which probably cause then to be ripped or bad for use pretty quickly. (Major issue btw - i replace 14$ sleeve every week best case which is terrible! And i can't use the durosleeves since if i roll them on my penis my brething stops out of the unbearable tightness and pain.

On the other hand, if i use the small size:
1. I can't squise all my glans inside while the twisted part is somewhat at the botton. So i need to twist it at least one full twist if not more to just insert the whole glans. 2. i also need to insert it in a certain way such that the very front (near the hole) is up. (And not more the back of glans as i do with medium size) - this seems to cause air bubble develop quickly (in the first day) on my glans in both or one side of the hole. It happend to me the first day of use. And i switched to medium. And yesterday i tried again the small and it happend again.

On up side, it seems to suction better, the vacuum not loose as fast as with the medium size.

Bottom line, i find myself putting too much time and energy messing with this device, a lot more that i wanted to. Unfotunately it's not simple plug and forget for me.

It fits quite well after pumping, but not so much after a good night of rest. I'm too large for the 1.25in and slightly too small for the 1.5in. The slip and slides causes edema and kinking as well.

This brought an idea up for me when I found a unique way to seal and stabilize my smaller glans in the bigger cup. I used a piece of my TheraBand to wrap around the corona of my glans, and also around the base of the glans. This increase the glans and the gentle wrap around the base also create a secondary seal and padding to prevent the slip and side effects. So far, no kinking, no pain, full seal, and my glans increased slightly during wearing the SS.

The second trick, which I don't like to do all the time, is to moderately wrap around the base of my penis. It allows the penis to remain in a slightly engorged state all day in a restrictive form. It's something like an all day after pumping girth routine while using the SS. Works great, but the wrapping and unwrapping to pee a dozen times a day is a pain in the balls. I drink a lot of water to remain hydrated for my outdoor activities, especially for the upcoming crazy heat. This is not practical.

As for the penis sleeves, the 6mm thickness at the Medium Size sleeve gets stretched like crazy with the 1.5in cup. Works great still. If I go up to Large, the sleeve is too loose to hold effect. I'm at that transitional state for the sleeve as well. Man..another 5 to 7 months before my penis can fill the 1.5in cup without any additional mod needs. I'm not about to pull out my extended and suffer the pain.

So, first project, I'm creating am insert conical seal using a soft silicone mix. It's practically a unique cock ring at the glans. I didn't get a chance to create a mold this weekends due to heat exhaustion from swing trees to trees for yard works. Crazy temperature lately. The conical seal will act as temporary girth filler during my transition from the 1.25in to 1.5in. rather than a wrap, it will be a quick slap on, push up, and seal it. Even with the size Large sleeve, it will still creat a good suction at the base of the glans. Not sure how it will fare during high movements.

Hope this gives you an idea about the padding approach.

So i wonder. What is wrong with me? Or what am i doing wrong?

2 months ago i measured 18.6cm bpel (some 0.5cm gain) and today i exactly measure the same even i do LM and SS for 10 hours a day.
I also do BM for around 3 months now (and before i did air pumping for couple of months). But i have gained absolutely nothing in girth! Since the beginning. Currently im at 6.5-7inHG.

I have read here and on other forums on members that gain both girth and length fron BM alone. Even sim wrote he gained i think 1-2" in length only from pumping in the same time.
I read on members that are able to get such expantion in pump that they fill the pump width which im not even closed to that.

So im asking again, what am i doing wrong?

Ah, you might be hitting the first set of plateau. This means your body is adapting to both the traction force and the lower pressure.

For Length Master, I don't know where you are at in terms of traction force (weight base). That will be hard to tell. As long as you pull until you get that dull achy feeling to the slight discomfort, that is the target zone.

As for BM routine, increase the dynamic pressures from 6.5inHg as your lower limit to 8inHg as your upper limit for creeping. If you still don't feel that achy internal expansion, you may have to creep up toward 8.5 and 9inHg.

You are at a growth and adaptive phases in the PE. You need to switch from slow static and low dynamic routines to aggressive and high dynamic routines.

Let's break down on the specifics of your LM and BM routines so we can figure things out.
