Explanation of bundled stretches:
Twist/rotate your penis and then stretch.
You can do bundled stretches in all directions.

When you first starting out, you should work on to transition to these stretches. Twist your penis as many revolutions that feels okay (as many as you can), and then you stretch your penis.
Then when you need even more lavarage and even more intensity in your stretches, you can transition to the POWER ASSIST 2, and/or the LENGTHMASTER 3. But don't forget all the manual stretches that
@DLD invented, that exists in the
MOS DVD.
By the way I used a
broomstick to get more leverage and intensity in my stretches, when I started out.
Note: The POWER ASSIST 2, is one of the parts in the LENGTHMASTER 3.
