More time on active pe and then passive or alternate little by little between the two

The thought was if it is better to spend more time on deforming the cells more before you let it heal in an expanded state or do little active pe then little passive then little active again and so on ...
 
I would go with the seccond approach, it's much more easy to manage and it's more effective Ibelive since you're using 3h straingt of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. I'll go for 4h of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] in sets of 50min at 1200g with 10mins break. Why are you hanging ots? you should add at least 1set of hanging sd or btc to take advantages of the lig strech produced by the blasters.

i like the second routine. after finishing with 3 hrs in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] i'd recommend another round of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words], even if just a shorter session, then put on something to keep you cock healing in an elongated state

I think both have good merit but I agree with Blue on manageability, the second routine would be easier to accomplish daily.

I suggest you start a progress thread that you can put all you specifics in and changes that are happening. It is a good thing to have a progress thread as the Brotherhood will help you with feedback and motivation. It will also serve as a solid record of what you are doing and how it is effecting you. Put all you beginning stats and add as these stats change.

I spend a minimum of 40 mins doing length work and I do a minimum of 6 hours passive PE which requires me to wrap my penis with a bandage to stay elongated.
