BPSFL starting - 8.75”
length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.
Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with no booster bands so approximately 8 lbs of tension. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.
BPSFL after - 9.25”
going to keep sticking to be plan for a couple months to see how far I go.
