Tonight’s training

session 100

BPSFL starting - 8.75”
length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with no booster bands so approximately 8 lbs of tension. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.25”

going to keep sticking to be plan for a couple months to see how far I go.

You are the MASTER of extenders. Love to follow your log and your progression. Keep gaining brother.

First I say! I have no experience with the extender you are using (I was using in the past, Phallosan forte = waste of money)...but I have a question. Why did you not use any:
booster bands
?

Don't you want maximum elongation? But it's probably diffrent from what I'm doing, since you are stretching for longer time at once with that extender, and you don't want to overdo it?

Maybe if you use to high of intensity (stretching force) for to long, the penis will start to resist and start turtling?

I have seen tendencies of this with my LENGTHMASTER 3 routine. When I stretch hard...sometimes I can't attach the chamber on my last set of the day.
It's like the penis are telling me:
- Man it's enough already...I want to rest. 🙂

Starting with Bundled LM stretches seams to be a smart move. Deform and loosen up the tunica albuginea real good, before elongation in the extender 👌

I should probably watch the video on YouTube, you posted before about this to understand the methodology and approach when using extenders.

according to BD there is a sweet spot for growth, too hard and your penis will retract or even lead to injury. He details the ideal range in the video below

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with 2 booster bands so approximately. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.25”. So I upped the extender lbs with 2 booster bands. Important to note I measured with my vacuum cup off this time while the last after measurements were with it on and I think that’s important since the measurement should be lower but I matched it with the increased tension.

It’s my birthday today so I made sure to train early because we are going out later
 
So first night using the interval extending protocol and I’m already a believer….

session 98

BPSFL starting - 8.75!” Brand new starting BPSFL length PR! I was so shocked I had to double check. This just tells me less is more cause this is after a rest day and a day where I only used the length master twice for 20 mins with no Extender work.

BPSFL after - 9.25!” This is huge because I achieved this with only one length master session of 20 mins and only 1 hr in the extender at lower tension. BD said you can fatigue faster and with lighter tension with this method and right off the bat it’s proving true. Normally I get here with two length master sessions of 20 mins and two extender sessions of 1.5 hrs - 2 hrs+ and with more tension. If I can get results with less time that will be huge because I need to get back to my strength training and this will free up time! This is a 5.7% improvement from starting BPSFL tonight so still in the sweet spot per BD

When I did interval pumping, for 2 minutes 9 times, my penis was longer after the session than it used to be when I did the 5x5x3. I will need to do more interval pumping to see if it will always give me that the same temporary length size like it did once before.

Experimentation is what pushes the PE envelope forward as we gotta experiment to see what works the best for us.
Glad you’re already seeing results from your experimentations.

Took a rest day yesterday


Tondays training

BPSFL after - 9.375” this matches my all time PR from a couple weeks back but that was while in the extender with my old programming which was way longer and two sessions and this was after taking it off the extender with this new shorter program which is huge. This is my longest measurement right after taking off the extender! 7.14% increase from starting BPSFL! Very excited about these small gains cause it give me hope and shows me I’m on the right track.

So I haven’t train yet today but I was curious about my girth and holy cow. I hit a brand new girth PR! 6.5” mid shaft. The crazy thing is I don’t even focus on girth, I only focus on length and now I’m up .5” girth. I started PE 6” mid shaft. And I measured 8” erect bone pressed length again so it’s sticking and not just a fluke. So current size is 8”x6.5”! I will try and take a picture tonight. I was using my phone for adult entertainment cause I’m at my work computer (I work from home but with my setup only one computer is going at a time) so I couldn’t get a picture

Brothers need to know about this...maybe they will save time by knowing this.

By the way, you are so thick. 6.5 inches EG mid-shaft, that's hugh.

My girl is already complaining, one of the reasons I haven’t focused on girth. I’m not going to tell her and see if she notices
 
wanted to take these pictures before tonight’s training because I figured measuring after training would lead to inflated numbers due to swelling and edema etc. not the greatest pictures. I have a hard (pun intended) time staying erect once I stop to take a picture. But It makes my length shrink way faster while my girth remains so I’m not my hardest in the pics but girth was still 6.5”. And ya I am definitely overdo for man scaping so I cut the picture off so it’s does t show the hair as much.
