Last nights training:


session 95

BPSFL before - 8.5” - this is pr to start

length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins

Totalman extender - 1.5 hrs. 4mm cord + 2 booster bands

BPSFL during extender - 9.0625”
BPSFL after taking off extender - 9”


length master - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 10 mins each way. In the totalman vacum cup with a screwdriver for leverage.

Totalman extender - 1.5 hrs. 4mm cord + 4 booster bands

BPSFL during extender - 9.25
BPSFL after taking off extender - 9
 
Dammit, you make me wanna break out my noose extender again and wear it after my Lengthmaster 3 sessions.

Actually think I’ll do it to heal in an extended/elongated state while I meditate. Think I need to invest in a better extender soon, like the Silistretcher, as the noose system is just too much pain.
Definitely dump the noose extender. Too painful and they are dangerous.

You don't need an extender (and apply hard force) if you are stretching with LENGTHMASTER 3, 40 min to 1 hour each day (with some rest days).

The only thing you need in combination with LENGTHMASTER 3 is a way to keep your penis in an elongated state during the day, when you are not stretching. This can be done with a penis elongation wrap, SiliStretcher or a Sleeve.
I believe the SiliStretcher will be the one to get if you want the fastest gains.
Because you will be able to elongate your penis the most with that.

But remember I have only used LM3 and a penis elongation wrap so far.

Trust the process brother.

session 96

BPSFL before - 8.5”

Tonight’s session. I had very little time tonight because I’m at my girls place working and watching her dog and she got home early so I got this quick workout in after she went to bed earlier

so just the length master sessions without the extender cause of the time crunch but the cool thing is I hit the 2%-4% increase mark after each session showing me that is was intense enough work according to BD’s and perv’s program.

another cool thing is a got motivation from the girl friend. She was gagging big time during oral and she can tell the PE is working. She had hold the base to stop short so she wouldn’t throw up. Gotta love it haha.
 
Thinking of switching to intervals like it’s described in this video because he says you can get all your work done in one hr which is nice


edit - I know I have been posting this guys stuff a lot but the science he mentions behind it makes sense to me and I love the actual numbers I can use to determine if I’m working hard enough without over doing it

BPSFL starting - 8.75!” Brand new starting BPSFL length PR! I was so shocked I had to double check. This just tells me less is more cause this is after a rest day and a day where I only used the length master twice for 20 mins with no Extender work.


length maser - downward bundle stretch 20mins, 2 sets of 5 mins with a 25 second break in between each way. I even decided to apply the interval protocol to the length master also.

Total man rod extender - 4mm cord with no booster bands so approximately 8 lbs of tension. 1 hr split into 12 sets of 5 mins with 25 seconds rest in between.

BPSFL after - 9.25!” This is huge because I achieved this with only one length master session of 20 mins and only 1 hr in the extender at lower tension. BD said you can fatigue faster and with lighter tension with this method and right off the bat it’s proving true. Normally I get here with two length master sessions of 20 mins and two extender sessions of 1.5 hrs - 2 hrs+ and with more tension. If I can get results with less time that will be huge because I need to get back to my strength training and this will free up time! This is a 5.7% improvement from starting BPSFL tonight so still in the sweet spot per BD

Congratz on you success brother your BPSFL was already impressive though the after BPSFL is just insane, especially considering you got even more in less time.

Damn, it’s quite the difference/gain the more I think about it, so completely understand your excitement. Would almost be jumping through the roof if it was me.

thanks buddy. I’m pumped to see where this takes me and I learned another method I can bust out once I start stalling. Just doing as much research as I can.

I'm a fan of BD
Less than 2 weeks into his style and I'm 3MM longer so far.
I truly believe I'll gain .5 inches in less than 3 months at this rate
