even though I went out for my anniversary last night and we got back late I was able to get in an extra lengthmaster session but not an extender session cause it was so late.
so quick update to session 90
length master - DLD blasters, 5 mins in each of 4 directions for a total of 20mins
Good news is my girl had to leave for a work trip early today so I can train today and plan to start soon.
Awesome, the DBS with LENGTHMASTER is a really good stretching exercise. I'm just curious if you have tried BTC Stretches with LENGTHMASTER?Quick update for yesterdays training. I had a tough time getting started and I had to drive home from my girls with her dog who I’m watching. I also realized I forgot my vacuum cup sleeve at home so I only got in the length master work. I guess it better than nothing:

Smart move. Rest is essential according to my personal experiences. Stretch harder and with higher intensity, and then give time for the rest to do it's magic.Interesting stuff.
