Progress thread Orgasmic19’s Routine

It makes sense if you’re getting right amount of stretches in there should be an increase in your bone pressed flaccid stretch length afterwards if not maybe more works needs to be done to get the optimal stress factors in the penis. At least a quarter inch or longer. I’m reaching at least a half inch increase post session.

These are just my thoughts I could be so wrong.

Taking the day off from training.

Yesterday’s workout was intense I could barely hang full 30 minutes. Erection quality was terrible, but I take this as good sign due to fatigue setting in.

I was able to pump and finish off my routine with 30 minutes of expanding healing.

Thanks @DLD. What are your thoughts on measuring your bone pressed flaccid stretch before and after routine for optimal length? I was thinking if you’re getting the right amount of stretches in there should be an increase in BPFSL and could this determine if you need more work or not.
 
Thank so much @DLD for answering my questions. I just finished today’s training session going to try to get one in early tomorrow morning. A 25” inch makes sense or longer should this apply to girth as well especially after the pump?

5 Minute Bundles Stretches using the Length Master.

Hanging between the cheeks using the Length Master.

6 sets of 7.5 lbs for 30 minutes.
25 second rest time between sets.
Girth right after hanging:
Pumping using the MityVac air pump.
7 sets of 2 minutes under pressure 5hg to 6hg a total of 14 minutes.

30 minutes of edging with cockring.
 
I finished yesterdays workout I was wonder if I could add some extra stretches during the day using the length master 4 days week would this be beneficial or not ?

Hanging and pumping I have time for almost every night, but 4 days out of the week I have extra time on my hands during the day.
 
Stretch as much as you can there is no limit

Thanks DLD. I tried looking up the power assist exercises and for the life of me I couldn’t figure them out from the description. All the video don’t work.

I’m just gonna stick with basic bundle stretches during the day 😊
