Best stretch I've ever experienced

I don't know if this is an existing stretch and if it is maybe someone can tell me the name but this is what I've been doing. Sit on the edge of a chair or couch and reach under right leg with an ok grip palm down behind the glans and slowly stretch as far and intense as possible. Then take you left hand push down on your right hand. This takes the stretch to new level for me. Holding for thirty seconds and then switch sides and repeat.

I might be wrong, but looks like you are describing a BTC stretch. . . I mean when you sit down and stretch downwards it becomes BTC. When I use [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] and I go in this direction while sitting, the stretch is incredible,your flaccid hang is noticeably bigger too after each session.
 
It's the downward force provided by the second hand that makes it special. I've always had a hard time with shoulder, hand and wrist fatigue when using just one but now I can stretch for an hour.

This is definitely a good way to use leverage for a deep stretch
 
Sounds like a cool stretch, I am assuming you add resistance by standing up a bit?

I tried it today after basic stretch session and just loved it. Felt all the pressure on only the ligs. Thanks buddy for sharing this new stretch)

I felt the same thing. Much more tension on the ligs. It's one of those things that made me that made me feel dumb because I didn't think of it sooner. I'm happy it worked for you too.

My ligs are burning like hell ! Nice stretch , i will use it !

I did this and it does add quite a bit of intensity, great stretch my Brother!
 
Seems to be a good stretch however, there are many other powerful bundled stretches that can be done with the length master.
