Reflection of the Week:
Been using the silistretcher as a way to do my manual work, followed by as many hours as I can stretching at ½ inch beyond erection length. Plan for the future is to ensure 7-8 hours during evening stretched at ½ inch beyond EL, then 3-4 hours stretched at max flaccid during sleep.

Reflection of the Week:
  1. Although it is almost Saturday, I added in tomorrow's BM workout because I won't miss it. Great week and can only get better.
  2. Using the SS for manual work, followed by ADS as shown above. Critical to keep doing firegoat rolls between sets from BM too. ADS at ½ beyond EL. Plan next week is to incorporate nightly 3-4hours at max flaccid stretch.
  3. Woke up this morning and it looks and feels as if my penis is slightly bigger. Won't be measuring until August 3rd!
  4. Siliscale hasn't arrived yet.
 
I like the way you are breaking down your updates.
Maybe I should do something similar every 2 weeks or so.
It just makes it easier for me in the meantime to update about once a month while I’m doing the work.

I noticed you mentioned you feel as if you have gotten growth.
This is not in your mind only I am sure you are getting growth because your workout seems really good.
Keep putting in the work.

That is how I felt before this last time I made some gains.

Me too! My girlfriend said she was sore after sex. I really think my girth is up and mid-girth must be 5"+ because she's never said that before!

Question for you.. in your years of experience, is there anything that can help with testicle size or make them hang a bit longer?

Yes indeed my brother simply go to the newbie routine and look at the testicle Health massage and stretch and your nuts be hanging down to your knees.?
 
FYI been using the sizegenetics & phallosan as the Phallogenetics until my siliscale comes in. This way I am aware of what tension I achieve full stretch.

@DLD ive seen you mention this on this forum numerous times. But just to clarify, you've seen best results from users stretching to their max bone-pressed flacid length after manual work?

Because on the Silistretcher routine you had mentioned 4 hours of moderate tension. Does that mean at full flaccid stretch? Followed by 4 hours of mild

You always want to set the stretch a bit past your flaccid stretched size. At high tension this will be active or gaining. At moderate to low or tensions it will be for passive or healing. So after you’re done with your length routine you want to wear your ADS for as long as possible to help cement and make permanent the gains.

Thanks for the reply! Just wanted to make sure I'm doing it right with the reverse pyramid. This week I've been trying @JustGrow method of 1 hour post workout active stretch, 3 hours moderate, 4 hours mild. I've averaged about 7hours a day this week

What you said it sounds just right but if you are in any need of advice please just ask. I’m so happy you’re using the reverse pyramid hanging as I think it’s one of the best ways to gain length.

Currently not hanging, using the phallogenetics affer my manual work for 7-8hours. Thanks! You know I'll always ask! (xd)

Awesome update! I love that you’re still using the modified PhalloGenetics. Very few have use this but I’ll tell you the power is unbelievable.

No gain on Erect length. What am I doing wrong? Been almost 3 months of no gain.

@DLD @REDZULU2003 is my intensity off? Am I extending with the ADS at too much tension? I'm confused here guys not even .1" gained in length in almost 3 months. Girth I am beyond happy about! My penis looks so full and thick it's amazing! But what the heck for length?

It’s got to be intensity my brother! If you’re happy with your girth at this point why not go for completely exclusive length routine based in SRT? Only having to concentrate on length will make your job so much easier. If you need help putting a length routine together just ask.

Thanks @DLD . The Silistretcher loses suction because the durosleeves get a bit loose. I'm also not the best at manuals because I feel as if I don't get a real flaccid pull because no matter what I do, I get a little bit of blood into my penis which prevents a fuller stretch. I usually just wait then begin again.

Since it's been 3 months of no length gains I've also questioned how I'm going about the sizegenetics (as I'm using that as the tension rods) until my siliscale comes in...

1. Put my penis in at max flaccid stretch
2. Adjust the bottom screws to go 1cm beyond that flaccid stretch

Have you considered the Lengthmaster? This takes manual work to the next level make it almost impossible not to gain. If this is something that interest you let me know and I can give you a special discount.

It's possible that the bathmate work just nudges it more for girth with you, as your using mostly ads type work for the length.

Nothing wrong with that, but to Target that length primarily, you need more intensity, like hanging, then the ads helps the growth from that stretching session.

Ya I see what you mean. I'm losing suction from my silistretcher bell, either the bell is too big (got the medium) or the durosleeves are a bit too stretched. Which weight would you start at for hanging and how long?
