This is like any exercise for width/girth Ive seen many variations of this by other Penis Enlargement'ers but MY GOALS: was for more intensity, longer time clamping and for more of the penis tobe worked requiring less work thus time. So, i measured my cock with a Hose clamp on (by the way there very intense but more dangerous) from clamp to behind head, cut the wood, put holes in it, brought some bolts screws and nuts wrap some tape around the tip so I know when to stop twisting and when to work. I'm working on a second one because my flaw was, not making it wide enough because your penis widens out requiring more space.

As long as you follow the Clamping Guide rules, which specify no to clamp long you should be good. Yes it hurts cause your skin is strecthing and everything else but stops in a few seconds. The expansion is amazing this devices saves you time and is more intense. Also go have sex after clamping with this and ur partner will scream your bigger!! Ha Ha Lol!!

I thought I lost it at one point, and asked some members on here they just said "look for it" but I couldn't find it. To me this idea of a device is like a longer wider clamp. I 've even started double clamping with a cable clamp at each end. I do it until i'm max hard, then I put the width device in the middle, it hurts for a few secs but then I get surges of pleasure.

I wish I was able to see the photo so I can understand better. Are you trying to compress your girth like toilet compression squeezes?
