Lol. Did you use any PE device for length? What was your starting size and routine and also how long did it take you to get to 9?
In my early days I used to hang erected. Then as years passed, I did only manual stretches, a lot of jelquing. Then during 2011-2012 I used a traction device and PGE-1. I think ultimately thats what made me reach 9, but at the same time my girth skyrocketed from 5.1-5.2 to 6.25 in one year which most probably limited my length potential 
Starting size since it was late 90's as experimentation, I would say somewhere around 7" and girth definitely around 5"

Traction device I was using it for about 6-7 hours a day.
With the PGE-1 is more complex and I dont encourage anybody to try this because IT IS dangerous. It turns out with PGE-1 I am EXTREMELY sensitive to it. Is one of the rare side effects on the population. That means I can very easily get priapism with it. In fact, even though I was in adult entertainment I never used it for that due to the risk of not being able to properly measure and end up in the ER as it has happened to other pornstars with my dick full of needles. For adult entertainment I would use Viagra when needed.
Anyways, the first time I had the chance to try PGE-1 I injected the minimum medical dose of 2.5mcg. My dick stayed hard as a steel pipe for 7 hours. At the 7 hour mark the erection slowly started to subside. The pain was excruciating. I was panicking in my bedroom debating to go to the ER, but I had NO IDEA how to walk out with a pipe sticking out in so much pain that even taking a step was painful like if somebody was sticking knives in my penis. But like I said eventually after 7 hours started to go down.
Over time I discovered that injecting 0.3-0.5 mcg which is pretty much a couple of drops on a slin pin before going to bed, it gives me an erection the whole night. When I wake up in the morning to pee, it goes down immediately.
This scenario ended up working perfectly. Because scientific studies have proven penile growth smooth muscle tissue when using PGE-1 to create an erection of 6-7 hours every day for months.
And thats exactly what it did. My girth grew 1 full inch in one year and my length even though I didn't kept a measure before that, I think it is what pushed me to 9.
HOWEVER, thats the end of that chapter. In my honest opinion that fast growth was only in girth because I was not having septum growth. Since the penis couldnt expand forward, it expanded sideways. AND, the curve became more pronounced.
Thats why the new step is to somehow literally destroy the fucking septum and force it to heal stretched out at least 2-3 more inches that way theres enough space for internal expansion.
It gets scary. I had a couple of episodes like that in the process. When you get to that point of debating if going to the ER or not is horrible. And no matter how many times you jerk off that things stays there at a 120% erection. Harder than you've ever been before. The internal blood pressure is so much that the hardness of the whole structure even bothers your anus. Im not kidding. Thats where the pain comes from because a natural normal erection fluctuates in hardness. You will never stay 100% erected on a sexual intercourse. When you change positions decrease to 99% for example. You penetrate again goes up to 100. You thrust too hard for too long and you start losing the erection, etc. The tissues are designed that way. But with this thing the erection is 120% CONSTANT. No variation.
