Please advice - routine and progress

Just a periodical update:
Length work - keep expirimenting with the extender different positions / bundled vs non bundeled. Etc. Im not sure i have any post session length expension most times and it bothers me as im not sure im making progress..
Besides huge issue around my glans making it very difficult to use vac extender. Note im also using vac ADS all day.
The issue is my glans becomes red, skin peeling, pee hole affected too sometimes. Super annoying. I take a rest sometime to let it heal but as soon as i starr again it reoccurs.
I tape my glans as much as possible but doesn't help..

Girth work - lately i switched to soft clamping mainly combined with squizes or bit of SSJ. With IR heat. Without pumping. Sometime i pump a bit in shower regardless. I do believe combining them is better but i want to isolate and focus first only on the soft clamping and also since it's veryyy cold now i less enjoy being 80min naked in the shower :) but i will return to it.

My routine:
40-60minutes soft clamping divided to 5-8min sets.
I reached to 11 folded toe shields spreaded at my base.
Sometimes i split them to base and midshaft as a double clamping idea. Some sets i add the sily rings on top of the toe shields to add more strength.

P.S i bought a python clamp as air pump with quick vaccum release and plan to switch to it once arrived instead of toe shields and rings.

My results so far from last sessions:
During clamp max engorged (usually in last sets) is 12.6cm (while my base EG 11.5 so around 10%).
Post session EG seems to reach 12.0-12
2 so around 5%)
The interesting part is in the morning wood the next day (8-10 hours later) i could measure 11.9 EG in two days, but measuring again after 24 hours seems to return to base so far..
As a comparison at my best days doing pumping and ssj / clamping sets i could see max engorged 13.0 inside rings. 12.5 max post session. (And didn't get morninh wood next morning to compare). But i can assume some of it is just swelling/edema.

As we have discussed, push through with higher intensity, BUT, your penile condition may need that break period. Some call it a decon. Brother @kriskros is one. However, don't let up until you come to a point where you say, "Okay, time for a break."

As for the glans being inflamed or become irritated, let's give the ADS a break and use the sleeve elongation method instead. I order a replacement extender part and I hope I can tweak it to help you brother. So be patient. But what does that have to do with the ADS? Rather than vacuum, it's modified as a strap type. It's going to be a bit irritating to deal with extra protrusions that can rub on your skin, but I have used it in the past instead of the pipe clamps. You can pair it up with TheraBand layer for grip, sleeve for comforts, and use velcro straps for quick on-off.

Hahahahah. I know how you feel. Girth work after coming home from a long ride in the freezing temperature, not a whole lot of fun there, even under the warm cover. They need to sell more comfortable home pants with button up crotches for PE. Heating the whole house up or using space heater closely to the body for too long can get quite expensive.

So, what I'm seeing is, your penile expansion is there. It's really there. To be as forward as possible without hiding the truth, what I'm also seeing is the underlaying condition of penile partial venous leak. You do have a strong venous constriction, but there's also a partial venous leak somewhere. So, I don't normally recommend it, but how about replacing the 45 to 60 minutes of post puming routine using that you use the cock ring and replace it with the proclaimed angion method. In reality, it's just C-jelqing.

Hi
Thank you!
I really hope to find other attchment method that can spare the glans.

Im curious, Based on what you say i have a venous leak? You might be right of course. Just wonder what gives.

P.S i think it's treatble with the LIST. ChatGPT claim i need to add working around the base and on the perineum in addition to the shaft. And also increase the session time from 5 to 10min sessions (which is closer to the pheonix 15min protocol)

What flagged the venous leak, based on our prior conversations, are the following:
  • ED issues. You have a bit of a hard time keeping fully erected in the pump, or even for SSJ.
  • Glans issues, where you have irritation. Irritation causes the veins and arteries to open up as part of the inflammatory responses. This is also a partial leak issue.
  • You indicated you have good expansion one day, but not good expansion in another day. This is due to blood pressure equalization. In pathology, when blood pressure is not equalize to a normalize degree throughout the week, there's a weak point somewhere. Most brothers that pump and maintain expansion consistency throughout the week, venous leak is not a problem. But when there's a fluctuation, the leak can be random all over the place, or it can be at one specific zone near the base, or at the base.

Don't be down about this. Yes, it's cureable. Yes, it's not permanent. Yes, you can strengthen the penile body to provide stronger blood vessels. Use the LIST for active device treatment. Use C-jelqs as blood pressure training and rebuilding of the arterial walls of the blood vessels. It's an exercise to force each nodule of your blood vessels to have strong venous constriction because of stronger anti-siphoning structure. Here's what you're strengthening (the blue vein side, with micro-regulatory valves.

Man! I assume your forum AI system started to kick in taking all that conversations and reaching to conclusions.
either that or you are better then AI 😀
In either case, yeah i suspect you might be correct. I don't have problem keeping erection during sex or when i aroused but for excercises and stuff it doesn't hold. I thought it's just a matter of focus/mental, but im not sure.
I also noticed lately that once im on my back the penis seems less full then when i sit or stand, and i also wondered if it's related to a leakage.
In any case i will work with LIST and c jelqs and will see.
Thanks!!

Hahahaha. Sorry, our forum's AIs are not that advanced on the language models yet. We're too poor to deploy that kind of AI sophiscation here. This is all human's power.

It's both. During excitement, your body keeps pumping blood at a higher pressure. However, what you want to monitor is the normalized pressure when you're not excited. Normalized pressure is essential for PE. Excited pressure has too much uncertainty and fluctuation.

I also noticed lately that once im on my back the penis seems less full then when i sit or stand, and i also wondered if it's related to a leakage.

And here's the big flag! When you lay down, pressure should be normalized across the body. But you indicated it's not! Okay, I have to ask you further to verify a few things:
  1. Do you have headaches now and then if you don't get enough fluid for the day? Let's say if you don't drink more than 0.5 liter a day.
  2. Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous? For example, you feel like your head is buzzing, your mind is going stir crazy, or your stress load exceeds a certain level beyond the average person around you.
  3. Do you have odd trembling episodes? Let's say you go out for half a day, and you didn't get enough food in your system because you are either busy or too excited, your fingers, legs, and shoulders start to shake and you can't find the reason why. You may also sweat a bit.
  4. Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?
  5. Do you feel like your lips are always dry, or your eyes feel like they have sand in them?
  6. Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?
These are just a few questions of hundreds of questions I want to ask, but they are more than enough.

I almost never have headaches, but there is no day i don't drink at least a liter. Usually more.
  2. Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous? For example, you feel like your head is buzzing, your mind is going stir crazy, or your stress load exceeds a certain level beyond the average person around you.

Heart palpitations can occur to me if i too nervous, like i had a fight with someone, or sometimes with anxiety but not usually.
I am more stressed then average, but i usually don't get to such levels, well i also educated myself not to go there because than i simply get anxiety which leads to anxiety attacks..
  3. Do you have odd trembling episodes? Let's say you go out for half a day, and you didn't get enough food in your system because you are either busy or too excited, your fingers, legs, and shoulders start to shake and you can't find the reason why. You may also sweat a bit.

Shaking and feeling bad, dizzy, when not eating on time is very dominant. It doesn't happen to me lately since i eat on time. But when i was working outside, travelling. Etc. It was very common. And it seems like my blood sugar was dropping as well.. hell i even can't fast for more than 15 hours without feeling bad.
  4. Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?

  6. Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?

Yes. But sometimes they are in fact sweaty (my palms). This happend to me more when i was younger and while i was excited like with girls.. was really uncomfotrable.
These are just a few questions of hundreds of questions I want to ask, but they are more than enough.

Ha ha.
Just first thing that is important for me to say. Im hypochondric and have anxiety / health anxiety so please don't scare me off about high risk health issues🙏 even though i made a LOT of tests and everything is normal from doctors POV. I have a lot of weird symptoms and feelings that i ask myself what's wrong with me for most of my life so far.. but doctors saying everything is fine with you. It's all in your head.

I answered the best i can inline. Im sorry but i don't know how to have an answer for each section like you do. So it's after each question. Feel free to ask more :)

No worries on that front brother. It's not about health issues, but hormonal fluctuation. We can crack the code and get you well on your way to strengthening yourself.

Now, on with the questions and answers:

Do you have headaches now and then if you don't get enough fluid for the day?
I almost never have headaches, but there is no day i don't drink at least a liter. Usually more.
  • Perfect.
Do you have heart palpatation when you're stressed or nervous?
Heart palpitations can occur to me if i too nervous, like i had a fight with someone, or sometimes with anxiety but not usually.
I am more stressed then average, but i usually don't get to such levels, well i also educated myself not to go there because than i simply get anxiety which leads to anxiety attacks..

  • Good. Too nervous is not something new for most people. As long as you can control yourself not to go up to that level most of the times. The problem is that high figh-or-flight blood pressure. Not to worry. Take deep breaths and calm down as fast as you can. Reduce the cortisol level loads.
Do you have odd trembling episodes?
Shaking and feeling bad, dizzy, when not eating on time is very dominant. It doesn't happen to me lately since i eat on time. But when i was working outside, travelling. Etc. It was very common. • And here it is! You know how to stabilize your blood and glucose level by recognizing it, which is a great thing.
Do you get light dizzy feeling when you are under stress?
Sometimes i do.
  • It's related to your low sugar level.
Do you feel like your lips are always dry, or your eyes feel like they have sand in them?
At some level.
  • This is manageable. High stress loads cause you to get a bit dehydrated. This is why the questions above.
Do you feel like you have sweaty hands and feel, although they are dry, and even on warm days?
Yes. But sometimes they are in fact sweaty (my palms). This happend to me more when i was younger and while i was excited like with girls.. was really uncomfotrable.
  • Since your hands are actually sweaty, or rather clammy, it's a classic sign of nervousness. Yours is a bit more than most average person.
See how my questions are breaking down the major and the minor issues? It's pretty simple. You already done all your tests and they are negative. Your venous leak is surrounding the high flucation of hormones during stressful days, and I can almost guarantee you that your blood sugar also play the part. Doctors will shove pill down your throat the moment they see these kind of diagnoses, but it's quite simple to do things naturally.
  • Exercise: this is critical. I don't care what kind of exercises you've done, but think about the kind of quality exercise you need. Most critical is pelvic type exercises. Hip abduction exercises come to mind. Pelvic tilt and raises is second. Back, specifically lumbar, strengthening is essential. Lunges and leg resistant exercises to engage your quads, thighs, and glutes. The Bulgarian split squats are great for you.
  • Endurance fitness: this is not just exercise, but blood pressure normalization. No, it's not running to stress your heart. No, it's not just weight training to strengthen your muscles. It's actually low impact and high resistant routines, just like your your penis. Think of walking but in an elevated fashion. Over where we live, we call it Stairmaster training. Other parts of the world, it's climbing. For humor purposes, I simply grab my wife, let her does her cowgirl style while I support her around my waist lifting her off the ground.
  • Keep your sugar level normalize: don't let it drop. No crazy fad diets.
  • Keep your system hydrated: with a hint of salt or hydration packs. Don't use full hydration pack, but just 10% of it daily. On hot days, half to full recommended electrolytes load.
  • Dietary intake: good food with magnesium content. If not, be mindful of magnesium supplement in the form of magnesium citrate, glycinate or malate.
  • Breath deep and keep your body oxyganated: relax, do yoga, or just find way to maximize your oxygen level in your system. My recommendation is to get an O2 sensor for your cardial monitoring. Keep your oxygen level as elevated as possible through good old breathing exercises. If you can't maintain O2 level a good steady level, evaluate the reason why.

Ok my new question here to @oldandlively since it goes with the post.
I have seen that when doing PE, after a few workouts my libido is starting decreasing. Do you correlate fatigue (penis) with mental fatigue ?

You are very precious dude! I really appreciate how much you go to help brothers here far beyond PE.

O2 you mean oximeter? I have one and it's always good. My blood pressure is also healthy. If anything i think i have tendency towards low blood pressure, low heart rate, low blood sugar. I think it's all result of exhustion. Or just body tendency.
I will go over your recommendation list and make sure to try it out.

About hydration: for me, for my body, if not enough hydration or underhydration my penis loses girth. I have done countless experiments and I do not know why my body acts like this !!

Ok my new question here to @oldandlively since it goes with the post.
I have seen that when doing PE, after a few workouts my libido is starting decreasing. Do you correlate fatigue (penis) with mental fatigue ?
No, penis fatigue doesn't correlate with mental fatigue. It's physical fatigue. Here's why.

When you have mental trauma, emotion trauma, or somekind of mental fatigue, your body produces counteractive hormones that deplete your natural reserves. You already know about cortisols. But little people relate to hormones that decrease your neuraltrasmission capacity. Us brothers think it's mental fatigue that cause ED due to low libido. You're not wrong, but not right. It's the ability to cycle your neurotransmission properly from the brain to the penis to engage excitement. The neuro signal block because of the fluctuation hormones caused you to have the "lack of libido". But on that same concept, do you know that emotionally turmoil individuals can have exceptionally high libido? Why is that? It's not mental fatigueness. It's not emotional fatigueness. It's actually hormonal fatigueness. It's how your body is programmed by you to either enhance the hormonal levels or deplete them.

But what about penile fatigueness? It's physical stresses. It's like your body suffering too much activities and it just goes limp. Can't do anything else but rest. No matter amount of hormone you can pump into the penis can get the tired penis to be erected like it's nice and rested. So many tried, and so many failed. Ever do PE like a madman before the meet up with girl for some crazy sex session, but sudden flop? This is pure physical stresses.

Yeah
This is how my glans looks like after an hour in the vac extender...
I think to maybe take a break from length work and work only on girth.
Or give it another try while i detach the cup from my penis every 20min tops, and/or maybe shorten the session time.

P.s after my last LIST session going over the base from all angles, sometimes i feel mild internal sensasions inside at the base area. Even day after. Which is weird. I never felt any special sensation after LIST on my shaft.

If you have money go for 1 PRP session to restore asap this or else stop for 1 month. Even though I am not veteran, I do not see a reason here to push things.

It pass by itself after 1-2 weeks rest. While the redness pass in 2 days. And only skin peeling remains for longer.

Does it happen frequently?
It happens when im using high tension vaccum extender.
Vaccum ADS also cause skin peeling overtime minus the redness.

Some people claims it looks like burn or infection. Well i know the temporarly redness in glans also from using LM or noose extender with too much pressure in the past. And the skin peeling i know from ADS i guess from the moisture there..

Today i have really teribble day.
I ate the same. Worked the same. But all my brain feels upside down. I feel strong stress inside my body like my chest is full with extra air that can't be released. And yet my blood pressure is beyond good, my heart rate is calm (66). But i feel bad. Dizzy. I can't even work out. I tried to just do some walking, jumping.. i feel too stress to handle any workout.
The only thing i did diffrently was to see half episode of new Thriller series last night... yes you probably say how that has to do with anything? I don't understand either. I only know for many many years as soon as i start watch some Thriller series/movie i get bad anxiety or stress the next day/s... not sure if this is the reason this time as well but it's very consistent and tested 50 times. (Why i do that to myself? Super bored and hope for the best)

In any case, it's not super related here but just felt like sharing following our conversation.
My body is a mystery..

P.s in last days i noticed by accident that my temperature under my toungh is lower than it should be...
It can be as low as 35.3 just waking up at 8:00, and range around 36.0-37.0 mostly through the day. Higher after meals, HOT tea, or HOT shower. I already asked for thyroid blood test. Altough it's super super cold right now where i live.

Dude I am one with mental issues too. Just fix your cortisol and you will feel better. If you don't want meds go for ashwagandha shoden 2x120mg and in 14 days you will see the difference

How long do you take it already?

Yeah i don't like permanent meds.. i only take diazepam per need.

Simple ashwagandha is not for us who have serious problems.
Ashwagandgha shoden has 35% withanolides.
I am taking it 6 months now. Very good results. For lowering cortisol 300mg of PS-Phospatidysilerine is very good before sleep too.

Yeah
This is how my glans looks like after an hour in the vac extender...
I think to maybe take a break from length work and work only on girth.
Or give it another try while i detach the cup from my penis every 20min tops, and/or maybe shorten the session time.
Classic example of high moisture environment inflammatory response. This is why I use bathroom tissues and change it out every 2 hours when I use any vacuum ADS. A nice layer of hydrocortisone while pumping helps as well. It will be stripped off by either the tissue or the contact with the vacuum cap but that's okay. Add more on. Use the 0.5% hydrocortisone instead of 1% or 2%. For now, allow it to heal naturally first.

@oldandlively can you explain to me why many people do pumping after clamping? I mean, isnt clamping enough for the results?
This is a really personal choice thing. The mentality behind clamping first is to expand the tissues as much as possible before pumping. Something like a lazy man's approach to SSJ before pumping. Constricted clamp and forget about it for the next 10 minutes or so, then pump. This is how people suffer sudden bouts of thrombosis or can't figure why they have strange chest, legs, arms, or head pains. Well, ever heard of blood clots? All because of constricted clamping.

This is manic depression episodes. It comes, it goes, and it can linger like a phantom. Those with PTSD or ADHD (my wife) has this weird phenomenal episode. When that happens, I just come by her, tell her to turn around, and I slap her butt sexually to increase her dopamine level to counter the cortisol level. It works pretty well. If it doesn't get her out of that funk, I strip her, and go to town with her. 10 minutes later, she bounces around like a bunny. So, @kriskros is correct to say to control that cortisol level.

Nope. It's not a mystery. It's explainable. My wife doesn't like thrillers either. It keeps her up all night, or they trigger her endorphin and cortisol levels all over the place. In your case, your cortisol spiked, and accumulated. She would take magnesium, Vit D3, and melatonin, after a 30 minutes funfest on the bed. In your case, a 30 minutes of resistant exercise.

This is low blood circulation during rest phases from the extremities where your blood is pulled to the critical areas of your body, your organs. You may have felt a bit chilled around your toes and fingers more than your crotch and forehead. Even the back of your neck may feel colder than your chest even when you sleep on the pill in your back. Very common phenomenon for your current type of physiological conditions. Since it's cold there now, dress warmly, but more importantly, keep your feet and hands warm while sleeping and resting. Less stresses for the body to worry about if other parts are kept warm for it to spend less work to keep the remaining body warm. Kriskros suggested the supplement. Give it a trial run for 60 days. Observe the improvement and log it. This includes temperature fluctuation if any. Mood swings especially as your body is adapting to new supplements.

Amazon don't ship it my place

Ordered.
Thank you brother. I will take regular ashwagandha until it arrives

So today i had some understanding and some expiriment.

For bpfsl I suddenly realized that I probably can't expect to have post extender session bpfsl of 20.5 if inside the extender i don't pass my baseline 20.2 (non bundeled).
So figured i probably don't apply enough force. So i went up to 11lb max. And it felt more like the force needed.
After the first 20min doing upward and straight. i took it out and measured 20.5.
Then i went back for another 40min straight (up to 11) and downward (up to 6.6 - felt hard to pass it).
Afterwards i noticed two things:
1. Bpfsl went back to 20.2 (not sure what i should conclude. Too much time in that force. Downward not doing good. Upward do good. Or any other guess)
2. I got two blisters. Im not sure if that is a result if the force ir the fact that between sets i released the vaccum in bell and forgot to add vaccum again for the next set until i saw my glans went down because no vaccum pressure..
Today's session was attempted non bundled as bundled so far didn't increase post bpfsl so tried aomething else.
My glans healed from the previous status by the way (just to injured again :-( )

What is the best healing for blisters?

Went too hard too soon from young tissues healing I assume. How bad is the blister?

Yep. That's bad. Purchase some 30g or 32g medical injection needles. You will need this for future as well. I'll teach you how to lance it.

Found that in house.
I can sterelize it. It was used for bodicort inhalations.

That looks like a 16g size. The 30g or 32g is a lot smaller. Do have those on standby.

For now, if you want to use that, go for it. The remaining lance puncture may be larger than I want.

When lancing using a medical needle, the smaller puncture is always better. The fluid will seal the puncture site back up in 10 minutes. When you lance the blister, lance close to the base of the blister as much as possible without puncturing your glans, and the lanced location around the edge should be far away from the urethra where the most bacteria tend to accumulate. With that large needle, only lance a very tiny bit to allow fluid to start the flow out. Do not lance it so much that the fluid gushes out. That hole will become too wide.

When the fluid starts to trickle out, do not squeeze the blister. Rather, use a dressing, toilet paper ply, or cotton pad to put over the blister. Gently, so gently, roll you finger from the opposite side of the punctured side towards the lanced site. You don't have to worry about removing all the fluid. Just enough to relief the blister from causing any more expanding.

Done succesfully. Thank you!

P.S kudos for restoring gmail mail alerts. :)

Unfortunately now due to my hypochondric tendency i started to be anxious about blood clots from soft clamping :-(
So i keep it inside 5-6min tops per set and massage between sets. But i still not at ease.

P.s that is normal for the blister to re closed again? It's much smaller than it was but it does have some volume and it seems closed and not punctured. Maybe only air is inside.
Should i puncture it again or leave it?

Yes. The lanced site should be closed up if you do it correctly. That's the trick to prevent air from getting in and creating secondary air blister. When you gently release the fluid the first time around, the pressure is reduced, and the skin that made up the upper blister layer will come into contact with the underlying new skin. This flag the body to produce new skin layer within the first 24 hours.

I would also add that you should use bacitracin to speed healing. Fir me it was a game changer. I also advise you NOT try to squeeze out anything out, allow it to come out on its own, squeezing will only cause scars.

Girth work today
6x6min soft clamping sets + Uli/mod jelq you name it applying grip on top of the silicon on the base and streching it upwards. with some edging. Great expension during.
Massage and NIR between sets.
2 rings at the end.
Post session was 12.25 at first, but then seems to reduced to 12.1

A couple of things that will help you keep the post workout. Erect stretches for about 5 minutes. This will keep your erect size intact with no reduction in size. Also keeping a wrap on after every session for as long as possible. this will help you heal in an elongated state. Also remember you will always lose some length or girth for that matter after an intense session and this is due to fatigue. I hope this helps my brother. God bless you for all your doing.

If your daily girth workout is always intense you will lose girth all the time without understanding if you gained ?

Well your always going to see temporary growth when doing girth work so it is important that you use a cock ring to keep that temporary girth as long as possible as this will cement your girth in the fastest way.
