Splendid idea BB! You will of course (as you mentioned) have to monitor for blood flow. You could also adjust tension by using additional theraband or even small bungee cords. But again, great idea! Good job!

The type of theraband you have will determine the tension. I use a type which I originally bought for stretching exercises before lifting weights so it's got pretty good tension . You can pick the stuff up very cheaply. You can also change the tension simply by adjusting the amount of loop available to pass the knee strap through. Bigger loop means less tension, smaller loop , more tension. You could also cut a longer length of theraband and double fold it , doubling the tension.

Yes , it's definitely a good idea to check things every now and then. I'm currently going between an hour and a hour and a half before removing it to get blood flowing. Even at this amount of time I have not actually experienced any numbness. Its better to remove it for a moment just to be in the safe side.

We can sell you some if necessary but you should be able to get it at any sports store or sports section of a store. It will be with the weight lifting equipment.

A lot of his posts had links to instructional videos for the length master amongst other things. All gone !! Maybe he deleted all of the content himself?? Either way it's a shame to loose people like that. Some.of the content from the older members is priceless! What ever happened to redzulu? His threads are a good read.

He had 5 different names where he was attacked the forum. In every way he could. he deleted all of his own posts plus he deleted a bunch of our own stuff. he was not a good man. He was a traitor and he deserved to be fucking taken out.

I think goldenteacher left after lightning died. He left the same time when the forum was attack. Beardedbaldy left due to a misunderstanding between himself and one other moderator who is no longer here as well.
