Split Days Workouts - anyone tried it?

Hi Guys,

Did anyone tried to split his PE routine in two or more days or workouts(e.g: Monday: Hanging + Jelqing routine, Tueseday: [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] manual streching + 5x5x3, Wednesday: repeat split or other routine)? I did not found much info on this other then some guys spliting Length and Girth in two diffrerent days and doing the split 3 times/week(6 days) but they did not report much feedback on their results.

There are some theories that suggest you should take at least one day of rest between heavy workouts(like heavy hanging or girth workouts that inflict masive damage or fatigue to the tissues) that would make this approach more approapiate.

I would focus on the exercises/tools that give you the best results. No point in switching things up unless you have plateaued.
Don't fix it if ain't broken!

As long as there is a definite pattern to your training and you stick to it this type of training would work well. Taking time off would be a personal thing as some guys really need a day or two off a week while others can go everyday. The best way to gage any workout would be making it definitive and making block of time to see if it is working. We know from experience things that have worked and things that have not, and according to the ideas you have posted they are all good and work. Make your routine solid and follow it until you make gains, if it is a gainful routine stick with it until those gains stop before you move on to something else. I like variety but too much variety will not give the measurable results you want.

I meant splits as in MWF i would work girth and the other 4 days would be length. I still do girth and length separate, but in the same days because I try not to take breaks from length work (except this last weekend because all the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] work got to me).

I see. I never trained that way, it has always been both length and girth daily. The biggest split I make is in time during any given day.

I never thought a day would come when I will be training length and girth on the same day. Both exercises requires different States of mind. I do my girth work anything from 2pm to 3pm and other times, I do them by 6pm.

I rarely do PE at night time. But just like you, I'm more in a erotic mood at night time.
 
What do you think is the reason for this? There has been times when I did my girth work right after a stretching session.
Because after length work you may have fatigue so it is smart to rest a few hours before tackling girth and visa versa
