PE tools!!! [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]Lengthmaster[/words] and many tools like it or different can replace the hands very well
LengthMaster is the way to go. In general, the hands will strengthen up as you progress. It took me a good 3-4 months to feel the difference in strength. You can also buy a hand strengthener, they are sold in the exercise equipment section of Walmart.
Actually is quite good the hands get stronger along whit the arms n even shoulders...Happy whit the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words]
yup it took me awhile too to get usedto.....the area between my thumb and forefinger usedto be so fucked up......but take a break shake it off !!! lol and get back in it again.......btw the hot towel u apply after session also helps ur hand recover....lol
I have tried to sell this concept around the PE community for a while now, but stronger hands are only going to benefit your PE. If you were training for another sport, wouldn't you do additional training to benefit your main sport? Cardio to help you in soccer? I suggest a quality gripping trainer like those made by Captains of Crush. You don't need a very strong one unless you just want to really strengthen your hands for other reasons. Any of the three models from the "Trainer" to the ".5", or the "#1" will do. In fact, most of you will be suited with the "Trainer". I guarantee if you use one of these 2-3 days a week for maybe 30 minutes a day (they even have suggested "routines" on their site), you'll notice an improvement in your grip strength and therefor, your PE results. If you're serious about your PE of course. I know most guys just half ass this stuff anyway, so no big deal for those guys. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] brothers though, are some of the more committed in the PE community.
Strong hands are healthy anyways, they could help you in everything from a street fight to playing the guitar.
I've never heard of a man who wanted soft hands lol
its actually the most frightening situation for a man if you think.....and best tool for a fight too !! lol

Yep. I love shaking the average guys hand and feeling how weak the grip usually is. I also shoot my Glock semi regularly and a strong grip makes for more accurate shooting. It's also good for long term hand health and helping prevent arthritis.

I was just thinking the same fucking thing My grip is massive on the handshake, they know right off the bat they don't want to mess with the grip of fury! And yeah, popping off guns with good grip makes all the difference in the world.

I can do the #2 CoC for ten reps each hand and smash a coconut with my bare hand I'm also trying to break a world record on the hub lift
I've been doing iron palm training for almost four years since I started strength sports
It is pretty bad ass, I think it is for finger strength when playing the guitar. There are many others, maybe [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] should carry a few for those who want them.
