Years of Hanging and loss of Erection Angle.

Once you feel the pelvic muscles are stronger, maybe it's time to have a crack at hanging or stretching 12 o'clock.
Yes, I'm fully aware of that, as DLD pointed out, but he ALSO said "continue to do DOWNWARD stretching with more intensity." But in a previous post he said I'd quite possibly gone past the point of tug back. If this is the case, further gains may not be found by hanging downwards. THAT is the question I'm trying to get answered. That said, hanging upwards at 12 o'clock presents it's own unique challenges, as you don't have gravity working with you. If I can get the LM to work, that may help a lot. I'm not sure about using the silistretcher, as pulling with 10 lbs or more of force from your neck and/or shoulder could be uncomfortable. Have to try it I guess. I may be able to rig a pulley of some kind to my computer desk. It wouldn't be straight up, but would be above horizontal for sure, and could also pull up/left and up/right. Just not straight up.
 
Greetings fellow PE'rs. I have been doing PE for decades, and have done a lot of hanging. I am certain that straight down and Between the Cheeks hanging has left me where I am today: A major loss of erection angle. I have gone from the 3 o'clock position (straight out) to the 5 o'clock. This is regardless of EQ. I've even done viagra to get max eq just to see if the angle would change, but it stays at 5. It's almost like the ligs have been stretched or torn to the point where there is no support or strength left. Has anyone encountered this and is there a solution? I'm about to purchase a silistretcher for hanging and stretching (get back in the game), but am really wary of doing any downward hanging or stretching. Obviously, hanging straight down is easiest and most convenient, but I've got to figure out a way to hang upwards or to the sides, probably using an attachment and pulley to my desk in order to stretch sideways or straight out. But that is complicated because anytime you have to get up to do something, you have to disconnect. So, I guess bottom line is, how do you get a good hanging routine going while avoiding straight down or BTC hanging? And, is there a way to reverse the loss of erection angle? Maybe DLD can chime in on this.

I don't know a lot about hanging but I'm gonna point out some erection tips, you should start doing kegel exercise and I highly recommend you start with angion method, man it's powerful EQ exercise (like)

Did you not see my earlier post? Hang upside down with gravity boots or an inversion table to let gravity do the work for you. It might cause discomfort after a while so just take short breaks when you need to.

Yes, I did see your post, and I agree, hanging upside down on a table would indeed be uncomfortable. Additionally, I live in a 600 square foot apartment and barely have room to sneeze, let alone have an inversion table in here. I have a lot of stuff in storage because there is simply no room in my apartment. I appreciate your suggestion though, and I've thought of it myself many times over the years, but it's just not feasible where I am.

If I have stretched the ligament past the point of tugback, as you pointed out, doesn't this effectively nullify any further ligament gains from hanging straight down?

Yes I hear you maybe I should say it like this. If If you make tunica length gains eventually you will regain tugback. This in turn will make you longer while gaining some tugback. Are you able to bounce, without using your hands, your penis when erect?

Yes. I took a little cialis this morning to help gain a better erection (only 5mg). I was able to bounce. Not a lot though. Maybe an inch at best.

I now have a little more insight into why my libido and EQ is so poor. I mentioned in an earlier post that testing has shown my testosterone to be quite low. This helped explain why my libido and EQ was in the toilet, as Testosterone fuels both of these. When this came to light 5 months ago, my doctor started me on testosterone injections bi-weekly, although I've since changed that regimen to weekly at half the dose. This keeps your test levels more even, with less chance of peaks and troughs. There are different factors that can cause low testosterone (heavy alcohol consumption is one that I'm guilty of), but sometimes the cause is not known. Some studies suggest that there are too many estrogenic substances in our diet such as meat from cattle that have been fed hormones, pesticides on our fruit and vegetables (which are estrogenic) etc. Well, this past week, as I did more research into this issue, I discovered something that almost certainly has gotten me to where I'm at now. 13 years ago, I was in a near fatal motorcycle accident with pretty severe injuries. I was put on narcotic pain killers for the pain, and took them more or less consistently for 9 years. It was a real roller coaster ride and I went through major withdrawal at least 10 times over those many years. I still take them occasionally as needed, but often go weeks or months without taking any. In any event, I found out that long term consumption of opioids can kick the shit out of your testosterone. Well, the lights went on when I found that out. I had a doctors appointment today and mentioned this to my doctor and he confirmed it was true. I told him I wish I had known that years ago and he simply shrugged and said "we didn't know." Great! Well, a couple of weeks ago I went to see my GP for a refill of my testosterone prescription. He wrote the script and when I brought it to the pharmacy, the pharmacist asked me if I was aware that the dosage had doubled. I said I wasn't and would discuss with my GP. I mentioned this to him today, asking if my most recent script was correct and he said it was. Why then, I asked, is the dosage double what it was on the first script 5 months ago? He looked a little startled and said that this was the correct dosage as my test levels have dropped dramatically in the past 3 years. But I'm thinking to myself, "He already knew that when I got my first prescription." I think he just fucked up the first time, and tried to make it sound like new information showed that I needed this higher dosage. When I was first prescribed, I did a lot of research online and discovered that I was on an extremely low dose. In fact, I couldn't find anyone taking a lower dosage, and almost everyone was double or triple or more.

So, starting next week I'll be doubling up on the testosterone. I'm hoping this higher dose will help restore my libido and poor EQ. Might even help pack on a little more muscle in the gym. Now before people chime in and point out that using testosterone can shut down your natural production, let me say that I am aware of this. But, I'm 63 years old, and if taking a few minutes every week or two to do an injection brings back my mojo and improves my quality of life, then why not? Hell, it might even lead to further PE gains as a bonus!

I share all this because levels of testosterone have been declining for a few decades in the general population due, I think, to environmental and dietary issues. Also, Low test levels is not just a middle aged or old man's issue. More and more young men in their 20's and 30's are being diagnosed and given TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). So, if you are younger and having issues with libido, EQ, low energy, Gynomastia (man boobs), etc you might want to look into this. You may have low test levels and don't know it. A simple blood test will show where you're at.

Hope this helps someone out there having these problems.

So, no reason not to hang straight down and BTC?

What I’m saying is eventually you’re tug back will return and you’ll be able to start hanging down word again to make gains or enhance your angle. It’s sort of a balancing act but I think you get what I mean.
 
Isn't that the ultimate goal to hang low ? I mean that's how u will be able to gain the most when there won't be any limitation from ligaments .

We've discussed my low erection angle and some loss of tugback ( I can still get a "bounce" with a strong kegel when erect). it was suggested that, instead of hanging straight down or BTC, I should focus on upward stretching. At the same time, I get the impression that I should continue low hanging to "get that low erection angle and to me makes a penis look 10 times bigger." So, which is it? shy away from low hanging? Or continue to hang low, in addition to upward stretching? I'm just not totally clear on this. My silistretcher is expected to arrive tomorrow, which I'm quite excited about, but...to hang low, or not to hang low, that is the question.

Some of the most massive and thick penises in ���� and amateur ���� have low hanging penises plus the penis thickness and hardness(base) is very thick ...

This is preference to what you decide in my honest opinion I feel like when somebody’s erection angle is low they look massive. You can continue to gain length by downward stretching but this will also stretch the ligaments which means your penis will hang lower. So if you want to increase the angle you want to stick to all you can continue to gain length by downward stretching but this will also stretch the ligaments which means your penis will hang lower. So if you want to increase the angle you want to stick to all upward stretching. I hope I’m answering the question correctly let me know.
