Do you guys think it would be smarter to run and lift weights before or after peing(for both length and girth). I know it would be better to space to two out, do one in the morning one at night, but my scheduel never really allows to do it like that. I'm thinking it would be better to workout before peing because it would get the blood flowing. What you think?
