I have the penimaster and it fits too tight at the base.

The X4-labs extender has an optional larger base piece.
You should do some research and if they are interchangeable.

If you have a Dremel kit, some have machined away some of the inside base to "get by. This may save you some money.

That might press into your skin a bit more since there would be less surface area. Maybe make it more prone to cracking or breaking even.

I have an X4 Labs extender, and I also use the bigger base which IMO is much more comfortable then the normal base.
