Welcome to the Brotherhood, @TheSpaniard, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Wow so much info to take in. A lot of good ideas and routines. I bought a bath mate a few years ago and just never stuck with it.

My partner and I separated for about a year last year. She told me one of the women I dated while we were separated called me small. She was lying to try and hurt me.I also saw text from my partner while we were separated calling another dude big and veiny. Even though I know I am bigger, it crushed me you know. It’s really been bugging me so I’m deciding to do something about it and better myself for my confidence.

I plan on starting your newbie routine now and sticking to it this time. I’m am really looking forward to the srt and trying the wrapping technique.

What do you find is the best way to keep logs?
What do you think are the best measurement devices? I have a clear ruler and soft measuring tape.
What is the minimum amount of time to leave the wrap on to properly heal? I have a pretty demanding job and don’t have time to stop in the bathroom every 15 minutes.
My current starting measurement is
BPEL 6.5” x 5.5”
I would be ecstatic to get to 7”x6”
There’s so much to take in right now. I’m sure once I become more familiar with routines and exercises I will have a ton of questions.

Best way to keep logs is to start one here: Routines and progress forum
You can also keep a small notebook / tab where you mark what workouts you've done.
Keeping a log is a good way to see what you might want to adjust in the future.

Clear ruler, rigid, is a good one. I bought a sturdy metal one without space before the zero: helps with measuring, in my opinion. Measuring tape is good for girth. And if you have a lot of curve, then the tape can help a little bit with measuring, but it can easily round up your real length.

I haven't done wrapping myself, but I do recall it calls for breaks quite often. There are sleeves at the MoS Shop that can do the job way better, in terms of healing while elongated. Much easier to apply and I've worn mine for several hours at times without breaks.

I think your starting point is very good! And very reasonable goal getting to 7x6, that might be true even faster than you could imagine, as long as you stay consistent with your workouts!
Good thing you're going through the routines, let it sink in and do ask those questions.

I definitely plan on picking up the silicone sleave then. That seems much more convenient. I started the newbie routine today with the wrapping method for now. I will also be trying the length master soon. I will also be incorporating my bathmate every 3 days for now.
Yeah women can be f-ing evil sometimes. She’s the only one to ever say stuff like that.
I’ve always gotten rave reviews from every woman I slept with. Made a couple bleed the last few months before the ex and I got back together. I know it’s a decent size. I’ve been to swingers/sex parties in the past it just seems like my girth makes it look shorter than it is. I’ve seen dudes at the parties shorter and thinner than me and they just looked longer. I’m content with the girth for the most part. I wouldn’t mind a little extra, but length is wear I want to really focus. I just want it to be undeniable that it’s large not just decent or a little above average. I’m gonna commit to posting in my journal at a minimum of 5 days a week. I will make sure I am stretching daily. This community is great. I love how I can already see how supportive is dudes are of each other!
 
You got some great advice from Ark! Forget about the past and forget about whatever some girl said, it no longer exists and the longer you hold onto it the worse it’s going to make you feel. And whatever size you are makes no difference at this point, you found the secret to getting as big as you want to get. So let go of the past grab onto today and let’s get you growing!

Sorry about the harsh treatment that the past ex did, but let that stay in the past, dont allow it to cloud future relationships, and if you have any questions please always fire away ... we love what we do here at MoS, that no question is ever too stupid, or been asked allot.
