Welcome to the Brotherhood, @MrStockhammer, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Learnt most of what I know from this forum so double thank you.

Have some experience up my sleeve however lost in other things in the past.
Now finally getting back on the train of gain. 1 week in .5cm gain in length and same in girth.

Started off at:
18cm BPEL (GOAL 23CM BPEL)
14.375 EG (GOAL 17.5CM EG)
EQ 100% at 5mins, 90% 5mins> (GOAL 100% for 25mins)

I'll be logging quite diligently (Date, training, notes etc...). Something I learnt to do from last experience, that I didn't do then. Logging is a must.

Set my self up with a pretty sweet and full on routine. I'll plan on progressing intensity with hanging with weight, jelqing with reps and a device and pumping with time. Probably progress through 8 weeks then 2 weeks like a de-load week and back it off then step it up again. 3 steps forward and 1 step back approach to minimise plateu.

Any input would be much appreciated. :)

Example from yesterday:
(4:00am) Warm up 40 jelqs and hot towels for 5mins
Hang 20mins at 3kg
40 jelqs (3sec)
Hang 20mins at 3kg
40 jelqs (3sec)
(7:00am) Hang 20mins at 3kg
80 jelqs (2sec)
30 kegels
2 hours ADS
(12:30pm) Hang 20mins at 3kg
40 jelqs (2sec)
Hang 20mins at 3kg
40 jelqs (2sec)
Hang 20mins at 3kg
120 jelqs (3sec)
6 hours ADS
160 jelqs (2-3sec) 80%
(8:00pm) Bathmate 5mins
40 jelqs (2-3sec) 80%
Bathmate 5mins

Your routine looks massive to me! I hope your penis gets enough rest to make the gains! Workout wise I'm impressed. I'll let others chime in.
I haven't got up at 4:30 AM probably ever, maybe once or twice for a flight. I do stay up until 4:30 AM quite often though. :D

Anyway, I'm impressed, I'll let others have their input now. I don't have hanging experience myself so I can't say much about that.
Have you tried the Slow Squash Jelqs?
 
Great to have you here my brother! Very well introduction was quite a good history. I think you’re going to do really well here. Keeping track of your training and gaining is so important to the whole process. It shows you when you’re gaining and when you’re not, so you can eliminate That which is working from that which is not. It also serves as a way for us to keep tabs on you to make sure you’re getting your work in. And as you make gains it becomes a thread that people will look towards for inspiration. It is quite early however keen to get going for the day and get some work done while I'm PE training mode too.
Yes, squash jelqs are great. I do a whole heap of variations, just to keep that post simple and short, just said jelq.
 
Pretty much why I know what I know from SRT. I try to maximise as much of it as I can when I can.
We'll see how I go.

SRT is by far the best routine ever created and bring this gains faster than any other routine available.
