Welcome to the Brotherhood, @hilbur, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I have been dealing with some ED issues the last few months and ended up here.

Current erect meas is ~6.5"L x 5"G. Flaccid depends on the day but about ~4"L x4"G.

No expectations or goals yet other than wanting to improving my EQ (erection quality). I will take any size improvement that I can get.

Started taking supplements/vitamins for a few weeks and trying to get into a walking and exercise routine.
Have been trying to kegel often whenever I think of it.

Just received my Bathmate X40 this last weekend and have started using it. Going for 2 on/1 off.
Wife has already made a couple comments about me "looking bigger" which is great to hear.

Not sure about doing any stretches or Jelq routing yet.
Open to suggestions and opinions

Create a progress thread in the progress routine section, take some pix and keep them safe.
You will want to look back on those as you gain.

It's best to check for any underlying health aspects if you've had ED issues. Take a look how your life is going, relationship etc..
Quite often ED is from stress, matters of the mind and such.

Anyhow, I feel positive that you can get those harder boners back!
You can do Testicle Health Massage and Kegeling, those are beneficial for overall penile health.

Regarding Bathmate usage I suggest 5x5x3 routine, as in pumping for five minutes, Slow Squash Jelq for five minutes, repeated three times.
