Hey, yeah thanks, should kegels be done flaccid or semi or hard? Soz I'm new to it, I'm looking to gain 1 inch girth and 1 inch length! I can hang weights or pump or all day stretch for maybe a year due to not taping vac hanger and blood blister 4 times same place, so the skin is so weak on the end! I have brought the mos dvd off this site! ✌?

So which exercises do you mean? Stretching can be and is often best done while flaccid.
For girth work I'd aim for more hardness, such as doing Slow Squash Jelqs.

Fortifying your skin with shea butter or 1% hydrocortisone can help. Then again possibly a switch in the way you do a workout could be the answer to not getting blisters.

I do Kegels usually flaccid, one can do certain exercises where you use Kegels during erection (semi or hard) to push more blood.
So I guess the question was related to kegels.

I suggest that you make a progress log! Let us know about which kind of PE routine you have in mind or what you're doing.
 
Are there anyways of stopping sack from being pulled in under Neath or sides into penis pump for future reference as it uncomfortable and can only successfully pump 1/20 times and I a porker when it works like 1"girth and length 1" after just one pump 3x10mins
 
Yes, you can wear a cockring on your balls or ball stretcher, that will help. At least it has helped in my case.

I suggest the 5x5x3 routine as pointed out in the SRT. Five minutes of pumping, followed by 5 minutes of jelqing (Slow Squash Jelqs!), repeated three times.
Going longer in the pump hasn't provided me much more than fluid retention, honestly. At least this is the case with hydropumping for me. I can go a bit longer than 5 minutes, but I find it more beneficial for gains to jelq inbetween, it makes gaining more uniform.

If you have time, I suggest not using a predictive text, although I can understand the usage of it on a tablet device. But at times certain information, especially PE terminology, is lost with these predictive tools.

so happy to hear that you have healed! Yes it’s perfectly fine for you to use your bathmate. I highly recommend you go with the safest and most effective routine called the 5×5×3 found in SRT. You always go into the tube 100% erect and then we should subside to about 85 to 90% erect.
 
Just done bathmate, isn't really doing anything for me. Thinking of going back to air pumping, I go hard pump as high as I can take is really uncomfortable but can get 1 inch girth immediately and close to an inch length if I go hard enough 3x11 minutes in 1 sitting, what is your opinion on this? Thanks!??✌?

I tried pumping with the bathmate, but I didn't slow squash jelq due to a serious poor EQ due to prolactin and cortisol no doubt, I pulled out the same as I went in, when I go in air pump with same poor EQ I pull out 1.25" more girth than when I went in, I only pumped for 2x10 minutes, is there anything you could recommend for air pumping? I should ssj,jelq, clamp? Do you think 2x10 minutes in the morning and 2x10 in the night time is to much? I still keep my bathmate, but air pumping is better for me, I have clamp,bodyshield.Thanks! ??
 
Penis weights hanging and pumping, wouldn't pumping at night after hanging during the day rip the new tissue healing in the micro tears out? The pressure would be to much for the new muscle tissue healing in the micro tears making hanging pointless?
