Dear DLD

I just completed a very successful prostatectomy. The only challenge inam working on is waking ip my sleeping member. Proor to surgery
Trimix injections worked but i want to stop iskng that approach through resolving ED

Purchased s hydromax 7 snd can tolerste a sjngle 30 minute session. Should i change the routine to pumping then resting then pumping
Some more and holding erectkon in tube
For 1-2 minutees, release snd donthe same thing about 5 time per session. How many sessions a day???

Hey there @Ephraimteam ! With Hydromax it's best to approach the 5x5x3 routine, as in 5 minutes of pumping and 5 minutes of Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJ), repeated three times.
Longer time in the pump isn't often better and can easily lead to Fluid Retention which isn't what you really want.

The 5x5x3 routine can be done daily, at least I've gone that route at one time. As long as there are positive indicators, you feel healthy and erection quality is good, then once a day is alright.
Even the manual states that rest time between sessions should be 24 hours. I've found that to be quite on point, but then again refactory periods and healing times vary between men.

Best of times healing after your prostatectomy! Hopefully you didn't start at full force right after the surgery, I recall it would be good to lay low from sexual things for up to six weeks. Could be that I remember wrong, but it's always good to be careful especially after a surgery related to your "down low area." :)

My goal is not to obtain size but to obtain functionality. I am unable to have an erection without a trimix injection which i hate. I’m not comfortable with jelquing. So, I’m seeking advice which hopefully will help regain the simple ability
to get an erection.

How long has it been since the surgery? Have you spoken with a doctor about this issue? I hate to see if Trimix would be the only one for creating an erection for you, as other drugs are available.

The 5x5x3 program mentioned before consists of 5 minutes of pumping and then jelqing; I did read you are not comfortable with jelqing. How about just massaging? Even when it's about functionality, the longer you stay in the pump isn't necessarily better. If you stay within the 10-15 minutes of pumping (no pauses, jelqing), you should be OK, but I've noticed blistering and red spots can occur so much easier the longer you're inside the pump.
Surely pumping in a matter of going high, releasing a bit and then building up the pressure could work. Some Brothers do it like so, build up to a certain pressure, back off a bit and build up again.

I really think the 24 hours between sessions is a good "safe spot" for the moment.
I'm not a doctor and therefore (and as always for others as well) it's good to approach PE with respect and discipline.
If I were you @Ephraimteam , I might have another chat with the doctor(s) about other possibilities than Trimix, unless you've gone through the other possibilities that is.
There a lot of good food products and supplements that help with blood flow and some of them make erections a lot easier.
L-Citrulline combined with L-Arginine was brought up in another thread by @Randolpho if I recall correctly. :) I've also used L-Citrulline with success. Tomatoes and watermelon can also be beneficial.

Hello my brother and thanks for checking in and you got a whole lot of advice above that I would’ve given you myself. The 5×5×3 cannot be beat and anyone who uses this routine is certainly getting size. You will need to learn how to do the SlowSquashJelq and you can find the video In the audio visual section of the members site, that adddress is www.mattersofsize.com/access. You will find the SSJ there among hundreds of other videos. I opened up the members site to the public for free last month. When planning out your routine please let us critique it for you as there are minor injections that we will probably want to help you with. With SRT we have learned many new ways to gain and heal as quickly as possible way so I advise you to look through SRT to get your head around some of these ideas. Are you mostly looking for length or girth or both? What is your starting size and where do you want to get to? What kind of time and privacy do you have?
