Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I noticed you posted in the Frenulum tying thread. I'm sure someone will help you over there!
I don't have that much experience with the frenulum tying, once mine was slightly torn but for years now things have been OK.
