Welcome to the Brotherhood, @dangerMOS, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hi there!

I've been a long term lurker on these threads and have been doing P.E. on and off for about five or six years.

Like many others in the states, I am circumcised, but I started to get some loose skin as a result of PE and started taping during sports seasons. It was like night and day. I was a completely different person, a completely different athlete, because there wasn't constant pain when I moved.

I stopped doing PE a few years ago because I was in a very bad mental state (depression, anxiety, etc).

I also felt like I was massively overtraining (although it turns out I was training just fine, because I ended up gaining a lot of length in that time), felt like my length gains were massively overshadowing my girth gains, and I wanted to increase that sensation of comfort by growing the foreskin first instead of relying on taping and silicon cones.

Unfortunately, the lack of routine ended up removing both the P.E. and the foreskin restoration. In addition, my noobiness in foreskin restoration, including improper use of silicon cones and led to a lot of penoscrotal webbing, another big reason why I stopped doing P.E.

My current goal is very simple:
Continue practicing kegels and reverse kegels
Reduce and eliminate penoscrotal webbing
Reach a BPEL of 7x5
Finally, continuing on to safe, healthy, non-penoscrotal webbing causing restoration

I'm currently doing limited manual exercises, Bathmate every other day, and am beginning to incorporate my sizegenetics.
I have already seen small (1-2 mm girth with Bathmate) growth in the past month, am relearning my PIs, and learning more about penoscrotal preventative measures, such as the testicle and health stretch.

Anyway, that's my story. Glad to be here!

___
Original: BPEL ~5/5.5 x ~4/4.5
Current: BPEL 6.3 x 4.8
Goal: BPEL 7 x 5 and with more shaft skin - no penoscrotal webbing!
--> foreskin restoration!

Hello dangerMOS :)

Thank you for sharing your story with us.

I can relate to the penoscrotal webbing, as I have a small amount that I think came about in my early days of PE back in 2001 when I started, using poor form on wet jelqs.

It is something that annoys me tbh, and often it is dubbed on the forums in its slang name as "Turkey Neck" or TN due to its horrible resemblance.

Mine is at the very base, so it can hide over 1 inch of my penis when flaccid. Once I'm erect it levels itself out, and all I need to do is push the skin back, all the size could be used when I was engaged in sex, but its cosmetic reasons that this annoys me.

I have known exercises to help it, but never really followed them for long enough to know if they worked.

Your routine looks good, and I think DLD will have good advice for you with regards to penoscrotal webbing, and avoiding making it any worse.

Thank you @REDZULU2003 for the links - I will continue checking them out over the course of the week :)

Edit -- I also had the same experience with webbing. I was much happier with my new size after starting PE, and so were some of my partners physically, but for myself, I wanted that nice clean look where the size is really represented. I figure, it's a little vain, but at the end of the day I think we're doing PE for ourselves, so why the hell not, right?
