Dear all,

We have just confirmed that another knock off, and not as good as the Korean knockoff (although that one was pretty bad) is now selling at major on-line outlets in the United Kingdom (ShyToBuy.co.uk) and other stores around Europe and possibly in the United States. (See more info at www.waterbuddy.co.uk - our official Consumer Warning website)

Anyone who can provide us with more stores that are selling the WaterBuddy Hydropump or the ultimate goal of finding who makes them (VASCO) we would be so ever grateful for any assistance.

Kind regards,

Agust

PS. Ultramax now has acquired the trade mark Hydropump as well; so be on the lookout and let us know at support@Bathmate.eu and we will reward any leads handsomely.

Fucking losers! Our new project will destroy every one of these fuckers.

Bad thing is my friends that the more copies we need to fight, the more money we need to allocate to Patent protection; its getting out of hand. This year the Patent cost alone is over 100k and in litigation over 50k has been spent, not including this latest incident.

Yes, you are safe as long as you click links here in my signature or DLD signature as these links go to the real Bathmate websites.

Damn!

How do you tell if you have a fake? I just bought one and it looks and feels real!

Thank goodness I already have one I would hate to be scammed by these lames people have to make fakes because they can't get there own ideas sad

There are many scams going on and if you purchase outside of MOS you will not be getting the authentic Bathmate.

and where can you order the real one in Australia as it to to dear paying for shipping and if they are that good the would of sold alot to companies around the world so what is a real site to buy from in Australia there are a few sex toy websites that sell them in Australia ?

I would say pay the shipping, it is worth it so you don't have to worry.

This is what I got from seller! Seller still insisted theirs are genuine....

"Hello,How about this go ahead and purchase from their site and if the Bathmate you receive looks different then the one we sent you we'll send you a full refund no return necessary.
I'm confident that our vendor is legit as we work actively with them (and their lawyers) to regulate counterfeits on eBay (there used to be counterfeits on eBay, now it's strictly regulated).
Obviously we'll require pictures.
We purchase from http://Bathmatedirect.co.uk/Before you go wasting your money though I would suggest contacting the person we referenced in the previous email and have him verify item.
The site you're contacting is a sales site, not the manufacturer site (http://Bathmatedirect.co.uk/ is wholesale only I believe or it used to be).
I'm really not going to argue this with you though, we've sold thousands of these over the years and there's always someone who wants to claim it's counterfeit but we'll be happy to supply invoices and contacts if a dispute is opened.Regards,"

When ever I click that URL it doesn't open, even when I click the image in your signature it says page cannot be found. I didn't find this site until after I order, but the one I received from ebay as well had the UM products logo on top, but also had an Ultramax seal with patent numbers over the opening part of the lid. It looks 100% real, but now I'm starting to wonder as well. Would love to get clarification on this!
