Hi guys
I have been practicing PE for almost 3 months and since then I have gained nothing because I was not consistent.
I train 2 days or 3 days then I give up because I feel a depression in there incredible and there I want to go back to work because I have a shit penis, I can stay like that it is too small compared to other, every minute, every thing i do in my day i think with it on my penis.
It made me feel bad, besides I give up because sometimes I lose confidence in myself and I say that it does not work and I go into a great depression, really it's too much I can not guys anymore
I want to start over and be consistent.
Advice from each of you will help me overcome this state and be consistent.
At the end I want to know with what intensity I start when I practice the stretching.
