Hi guys
I have been practicing PE for almost 3 months and since then I have gained nothing because I was not consistent.
I train 2 days or 3 days then I give up because I feel a depression in there incredible and there I want to go back to work because I have a shit penis, I can stay like that it is too small compared to other, every minute, every thing i do in my day i think with it on my penis.
It made me feel bad, besides I give up because sometimes I lose confidence in myself and I say that it does not work and I go into a great depression, really it's too much I can not guys anymore
I want to start over and be consistent.
Advice from each of you will help me overcome this state and be consistent.
At the end I want to know with what intensity I start when I practice the stretching.

I hear you my brother and I also feel for you. It does take a lot of discipline and motivation keep yourself involved. I think that using a very simple routine would be best right now that you can do consistently to build a solid foundation. Being consistent and being rather new and should make a very good starting growth.

I recommend that you use the newbie routine as it is very basic and easy to follow. It also hits every part of your penis to maximize growth. If this seems like too much we can try to scale it down. If you think it’s too light we can add to it. But what interest me most is a routine that you will be consistently practicing.

Looking at your routine there’s a few things that I would add in. As far as length goes we should be using the full list of newbie stretches. Most importantly is getting a bundled stretching before you train. I would also like to see you include erect stretches and Expressive Stretches. The erect stretches will help you cement new length. Expresses stretching will help you bring out more internal penis.

Are you mainly going for length or are you also seeking girth? Let me know on this so I can further direct you.

that’s exactly what I was going to put together for you for your girth workout. So when you’re ready with the bathmate we can get you into the 5×5×3 you’ll find any SRT.

do a simple search on either of those stretches and it should come right up for you.

Put everything you have into it! Don’t be scared the penis is very resilient. Don’t go ripping it off LOL just stretch with great intensity. Put it this way most men get the Lengthmaster because their hands just cannot give the intensity they need. The Lengthmaster is a very powerful stretching device that delivers well beyond 200% more intensity than your hands. So if you are using the LM with incredible intensity you can use your hands with intensity and not worry

So I follow this routine once a day or twice If yes I do the same routine in the morning and evening or I change the exercises

_ does adding the circumference routine increase my chances of gaining the length or else I just focus on this routine because it is the length that interests me much more at the moment.

Keep going. I did one year+ and gained a ton, especially when it comes to girth. I just got back into it again and I'm going hard & strong ( no pun intended ). Stretch more at the tunica. Either get the MOS grip powder or liquid gym chalk. Liquid gym chalk works great due to isolating the liquid to a specific part and it last very long without needing to re-apply. Use tons of intensity. My routine is an hour too.

Use intensity! That's the only way to gain. I've been through depression and the best way is to push through it. I mean serious bouts of depression. It's tough, but at the end of the day you have to see this as a learning lesson for you. Life brings us lessons and now you're going through one.

I have to rest one day to rest because I feel pain in the glans and this pain is like needle sticks

I was a psycho so I’m always going to suggest you do more. If you can get a second routine of the day go for it but also listen to your body. At one point I was training three times a day sometimes four.

Taking his questions in reverse girth does affect length and visa versa. If you look up the study called “the penis is a balloon not a rope” big sheds a lot of light on this theory. But if you’re only looking for length I would not do any girthwork.

When I was training three times a day I would make slight changes to exercise to keep it fun and fresh. Doing the same thing over and over to be boring so it’s good to have an arsenal of exercises you can swap in and out. With length there are so many exercises that you will never get bored.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Measure once every 90 days. You can check your flaccid bone pressed length once a week to be sure all the work you’re doing is bringing growth.

Dld there are exercises to work the flaccid size or it is the same routine

The best flaccid routine is the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This exercise teachers in trains your penis to remain elongated and heavy hanging.

Alcohol is good, but in moderation. It doesn't spoil gains at all. Smoking thins the blood vessels of the heart. A healthy heart means better erection quality and smoking cigs can hinder it. Too much masturbation is bad, but the best thing to do is less of it each week or keep it only for sex with somebody.

I drink wine, I smoke cannabis, it has never hurt my PE. But masturbation does. To me it’s a big downer and I feel so lazy and disappointed afterwards that I don’t even wanna train.

If not maybe it is the stretches that I do with more intensity that made me that

I suggest that you use it as long as you can in a passive mode to help secure new growth. But you can also use it in the sense of gaining new size by making it more comfortable to wear. Have you checked out the VLC as an attachment for your extender? The VLC makes it so much more usable.
