my dear brother I have a few questions

_ do I take a day or two days off in the week

_ I measure every week or every month

_ by this routine is what I see small gains in a month

So I follow this routine once a day or twice If yes I do the same routine in the morning and evening or I change the exercises

_ does adding the circumference routine increase my chances of gaining the length or else I just focus on this routine because it is the length that interests me much more at the moment.

Keep going. I did one year+ and gained a ton, especially when it comes to girth. I just got back into it again and I'm going hard & strong ( no pun intended ). Stretch more at the tunica. Either get the MOS grip powder or liquid gym chalk. Liquid gym chalk works great due to isolating the liquid to a specific part and it last very long without needing to re-apply. Use tons of intensity. My routine is an hour too.

In fact I am using baby powder for the moment just waiting for a small 0.2 inch deference and then I will buy the material I need on the MOS store
Because before there is something that tells me that you are not going to win the PE does not work for you is it is depression and then I give up.

Use intensity! That's the only way to gain. I've been through depression and the best way is to push through it. I mean serious bouts of depression. It's tough, but at the end of the day you have to see this as a learning lesson for you. Life brings us lessons and now you're going through one.

I have to rest one day to rest because I feel pain in the glans and this pain is like needle sticks

I was a psycho so I’m always going to suggest you do more. If you can get a second routine of the day go for it but also listen to your body. At one point I was training three times a day sometimes four.

Taking his questions in reverse girth does affect length and visa versa. If you look up the study called “the penis is a balloon not a rope” big sheds a lot of light on this theory. But if you’re only looking for length I would not do any girthwork.

When I was training three times a day I would make slight changes to exercise to keep it fun and fresh. Doing the same thing over and over to be boring so it’s good to have an arsenal of exercises you can swap in and out. With length there are so many exercises that you will never get bored.

I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

Measure once every 90 days. You can check your flaccid bone pressed length once a week to be sure all the work you’re doing is bringing growth.

Dld there are exercises to work the flaccid size or it is the same routine

The best flaccid routine is the testicle health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This exercise teachers in trains your penis to remain elongated and heavy hanging.
