Cause in natural angle upward it is (a good deal) shorter than if you measure pushing it parallel to the floor when standing. What's the correct one?

The general all-purpose way to measure bone pressed is parallel to the floor. If you have a bend in the penis, straighten it out(this adds 1/8" to mine).

Measure it parallel to the floor, because it gives you a good standard for comparison. As you progress through Penis Enlargement your erection angle may change (up or down), but that shouldn't be considered in your measurements.
