Supra's Slammers and German Stalion Erect Twists: What've you gained?

Alright, so two staples in my Penis Enlargement routine are Supra's Slammers and German Stallion Erect Twists, thing is I don't know if they do any good. I was just wondering if any of you have gained anything from these? More specifically, while it's pretty established that Supra's Slammers work well, has anyone gained anything from the erect twists? I know that at the least Erect Twists feel really good.

hey when i was doing supras slammers mi wife was like damn are you bigger. but i didnt do them long enough to see results. or any pe for that matter i'm trying to get back into it though
