The SlowSquashJelq is the most powerful girth exercise, I would go with it. I am partial because I created the SlowSquashJelq ?

@DLD when I watched the video on here for your blasters (supra slammers) the gent showing the slow squash jelq (also known as isolated compressions??) didn’t bring the the hands together at end, he just locked blood in the shaft and without sliding the grips at base and glans instead squeezed the hands towards each other. Is that the correct motion?

That’s the wrong way to do it. Follow the isolated compression squeeze found at www.mattersofsize.com/access you’ll find it under the AV department. Download the isolated compression squeeze and watch, this is exactly how the SSJ is done

Which exercise do you think is more beneficial ?

Or 20 min Slow Squash jelq?
(I don't have a bathmate yet)

Before both I would have done 5 min bundle stretches so as to prepare the tunica.

Also I have to go with 1 on 1 off or something like 2 on 1 off?

It is best to combine both during your session. Do them after each pumping set. 3 reps each for both exercises after each pumping set.

Is there some video or text that gives a good explanation of the SSJ? I can not see the video on Youtube as Youtube wants me to verify my age first and send them my passport copy (which I don't want to do).

YouTube don't ask for passport. Get a Gmail address and sign into the gmail account. After signing in, open YouTube in another tab on same browser, you will be allowed to view the video.

Yes they do, otherwise I would not ask 😇 After I'm signed in with gmail account. See picture, it says in Dutch: verify your age first so we can see if you are old enough to watch this video...

It asked you to verify your age not your passport. Click on verify. What do you see when you click on verify?

Yes, of course I did. They want to see a copy of my passport or verify with my credit card. Probably you have given them your credit card information in the past. That's why you see the video (google wants all your personal data, that's why I only use them when it's really necessary)

But is there a good explanation of SSJ somewhere online? I can't find it anymore with the search function here unfortunately.

This is very strange, this has never happened to me before. Alright, send me a pm on the forum. Send me your WhatsApp number. I will call you on WhatsApp video call and demonstrate the SSJ for you. I'm doing you this favor because of @DLD.

Slow Squash Jelq for Penis Enlargement
Explained by DLD

It's like the Dual Dry Jelq explained by DLD except you're not sliding forward with the base hand
You are forcing both hands towards each other

@Bramv I hope you can watch this two videos without any problem
