Stretching questions.

i dont have the time to spend in the evenings doing stretches, so I have been doing them throughout the day, here and there when I go to the bathroom, my question is for these stretches, do I need to be doing the warm up and down, reason I dont have the time, is due to privacy,

It is preferred you warm up and warm down. Warming up will help the penis become malleable, warming down will help speed the healing process. It's not necessary but it's highly recommended. I will say though you can still gain regardless of warming up and warming down. For my last 0.5" i didn't warm up or warm down.

A warm up can take many forms. A easy warm up is Bundled Stretches, a simple 5 minutes of Bundles and you will be lose and malleable.
 
If i don't have anything at my disposal that i can use to warmup i do a solid 5 minute massage, and i really try dig into the tissue to really get my penis warm and malleable. Then i usually do DLD blasters as a follow up and then i go into my session. Total warmup time: About 7-8 minutes.

Massage is perfect. In a warm up we are looking for one thing, malleability.
